Act now, act now, act now
Nothing like those others
So ain’t another one for free
Don’t let me fall down
Call now, call now (Yeah)

[Verse 1]
Sitting at home going in (Yuh)
When everybody else going out
You wanna see my whole shit again
Shit I don’t usually think about
Even though I’m changing again
You can find me in a crowd
You wait and you never ask "when?"
While I still figure me out

[Pre-Chorus]
I’m a maze, but you’re amazing
I get lost inside my decisions and cravings
You seem to pay with your patience
But that’s why I owe you everything
I wanna sing the hook, now wait a min’

[Chorus]
The rush you deliver me
(Punch-drunk love, knocked out)
Straight to my living room
(Never wake up, never wake up, yeah)
The rush you deliver me
(Something like a permanent cloud)
Try not to rush through
(Never break up, never break up, yeah)

[Refrain]

Nothing like those others
So ain’t another one for free
Don’t let me fall down
Call now, call now

[Verse 2]
You get frustrated when you catch wind (yeah)
Then you go cold unannounced
You, hot like you standing on a vent
It’s trash like you wanna take it out
Told you next time you could win
I wasn’t gonna follow him up out
I drink a little so I kinda did, yeah
Now you chasing me around the house

[Pre-Chorus]
Can’t erase great things that we did
Pictures burning, phones will die but we still keep it
But where’s your face, so where's a reason?
They will learn that you're my life, my open secret

[Chorus]
Rush you deli-, rush you deli-, rush you deli- (Call now)
The rush you deliver me
(Punch-drunk love, knocked out)
Straight to my living room
(Never wake up, never wake up, yeah)
The rush you deliver me
(Something like a permanent cloud)
Try not to rush through
(Never break up, never break up, yeah)
The rush you deliver me
(Punch-drunk love, knocked out)
Straight to my living room
(Never wake up, never wake up, yeah)
The rush you deliver me
(Something like a permanent cloud)
Try not to rush through
(Never break up, never break up, yeah)

[Bridge]
Every single thing we ever done in our lives
Even forgotten memories that led us here
Your pupils hella big as I look in your eyes
This is what you call a bond, bond, bond (Tears)

[Chorus]
The rush you deliver me
(Punch-drunk love, knocked out)
Straight to my living room
(Never wake up, never wake up, yeah)
The rush you deliver me
(Something like a permanent cloud)
Try not to rush through
(Never break up, never break up, yeah)

Ariana Grande

Ariana Grande (born Grande-Butera on June 26, 1993) is an actress and a pop vocalist from Boca-Raton, Florida. She had performed in many plays as a child but didn’t make a significant dent in her dream to become an R&B star until being cast as a cheerleader in the Broadway musical 13, earning a National Youth Theatre Association Award for her performance.

Soon after, she was able to land a role in the Nickelodeon hit TV series, Victorious, which propelled her to become a teen idol as her on-screen character seemed to be “very impressionable and easily swayed” but “generally sweet.” From this point on, she was able to garner the fan base that allowed her to create tracks that worked only towards the promotion of the show, like “Put Your Hearts Up.”

She would have to wait until August 2012 to see the cancellation of Victorious, which allowed Grande to finally make music her priority. With her life now revolving entirely around this passion, she was able to release her debut album, Yours the result of a three-year endeavor. She completed the album, initially titled Daydreamin, in June 2013; it was released on August 19, 2013. In September 2013, it debuted at No. 1 on the US Billboard 200 albums chart, with 138,000 copies sold in its first week, making Grande the first female artist since Ke$ha to have her first album debut atop the charts.
