[Intro: Brian]
Oh, oh, oh, yeah

[Verse 1: Brian]
"I don't think I want this anymore"
As she drops her ring to the floor
She says to herself, "you've left before
This time you will stay gone that's for sure"

[Pre-Chorus: Nick]
Yeah, and he shattered something as
She dragged her suitcase down the path
To the driveway
She had never gone that far
Normally, this would be the time that she
Would let him talk her out of leaving
But this time, without crying
As she got into her car, she said

[Chorus: All]
No, happily never after
That just ain't for me, because finally
I know, I deserve better after all
I'll never let another teardrop fall

[Verse 2: AJ]
Fall, oh, oh, oh
As she drove away
She starts to smile, yeah
Realized she hadn't for a while
No destination, she drove for miles
Wondering why she stayed in such denial

[Pre-Chorus: Nick]
She was laughing about the way
He shattered something as
She dragged her suitcase down the path
To the driveway (to the driveway)
She had never gone that far (no, no)
Normally this would be the time that she
Would let him talk her out of leaving
But this time, without crying
As she got into her car, she said

[Chorus: All & (Nick)]
No, happily never after
That just ain't me (that just ain't for me)
Because finally, I know
I deserve better after all (that just ain't for me, yeah)
I'll never let another teardrop fall

[Bridge: All & Howie]
I'm done, I'm done
Said I'm so done, so done, yeah
I'm free, I'm free (so free)
Free to feel the way I feel, yeah
She inhales a breath
She never breathed before
Don't want no drama no more

[Interlude: Brian]
Cause she says no
Happily never after (after)
That just ain't for me (oh, oh)

[Chorus: All, (Howie) & AJ]
I know, I deserve better after all
I'll never let another teardrop fall
No, happily never after
That just is not for me (that just ain't for me)
Because finally
I know I deserve better after all (oh, oh, oh)
I'll never let another tear drop fall

[Outro: All & Brian]
I'm done, I'm done
I'm done, so done, I'm done, so done
Said I'm done, I'm done, I'm done

Backstreet Boys

The Backstreet Boys are the most successful boy band in history, having sold over 130 million records worldwide, and with their first nine albums reaching the top 10 on the Billboard 200. Florida natives A. J. McLean, Howie Dorough, and Nick Carter, along with Kentucky transplant Kevin Richardson, were joined in a band once they attended Lou Pearlman’s auditions for a vocal group in 1992, with the group being completed by Kevin’s cousin Brian Litrell. Once took under the wing of Swedish producer Max Martin in 1995, the stage was set for global domination, attracting the lust of women and the anger of men. While the fad died down and Kevin even left for a while, the band never officially took a break or such.
