[Intro: AJ]
Oh-oh-oh-oh, oh-oh-oh!

[Verse 1: AJ with Howie, (Brian) & All]
She wakes up with the sun (the sun)
She throws on her clothes (her clothes)
Hoping her car will start
The second time around (she)
The day has begun (begun)
The line's out the door (the door)
Serving up fraps
Until she can't take anymore
I see it in her broken smile, oh I...

[Chorus: All & AJ]
Wish I could tell her
"You're one in a million
You're going the distance, babe
You're gonna work it out someday"
I wish I could tell her
"You're one in a million
But you never even look my way", yeah!

[Interlude 1: Howie]
No, she never looks my way
She never, ever, ever looks my way

[Verse 2: Nick with Howie, (Brian) & All]
(She), she ties up her hair (her hair)
Her makeup is smeared (is smeared)
Wiping the tears that she wants no one to see
(She), she screams on the pain
I hear every word
Why don't you know how beautiful you are?
Just see it in my broken smile?
Oh I...

[Chorus: All]
Wish I could tell her
"You're one in a million
You're going the distance, babe
You're gonna work it out someday"
I wish I could tell her
"You're one in a million
But you never even look my way"

[Bridge: Brian with All]
If I could be the light
To guide you through the darkness, baby
If I could be the one
To change the ending to your story
I'd be one in a million, yeah
I'd be one in a million

[Interlude 2: Howie with All]
Someday I would tell her
"You're gonna work it out someday!"

[Chorus: All & AJ]
Wish I could tell her
"You're one in a million
You're going the distance, babe
(Going the distance, babe)
You're gonna work it out someday"
I wish I could tell her (wish I could tell her)
"You're one in a million
(She never even looks my way, yeah!)
But you never even look my way"
(Hey-yeah-hey!)
You're going the distance, babe
(You're going the distance)
You're gonna work it out someday"
I wish I could tell her (hey!)
"You're one in a million
But you never even look my way", yeah!

Backstreet Boys

The Backstreet Boys are the most successful boy band in history, having sold over 130 million records worldwide, and with their first nine albums reaching the top 10 on the Billboard 200. Florida natives A. J. McLean, Howie Dorough, and Nick Carter, along with Kentucky transplant Kevin Richardson, were joined in a band once they attended Lou Pearlman’s auditions for a vocal group in 1992, with the group being completed by Kevin’s cousin Brian Litrell. Once took under the wing of Swedish producer Max Martin in 1995, the stage was set for global domination, attracting the lust of women and the anger of men. While the fad died down and Kevin even left for a while, the band never officially took a break or such.
