[Intro: Chance The Rapper]
Smokin' a bowl
We just been smoking, uh
We just been smoking a bowl
We just been smoking a bowl, we just been
We just been smoking a bowl
We just been smoking a bowl
We just been smoking a, we just
What the fuck is going on?
When did we buy a bowl?

[Verse 1: Chance The Rapper]
We just been smokin' a bowl
We don't got no time to roll
I'm always out on the road
She don't got time for a whole
Little bit of time that we have
We used to purchase a half
It don't be no time to smoke
I'm always throwing on clothes
She always throwing a fit
We don't got no time for no sex
I just put milk in the bowl
She don't be cooking at all
She just put weed in the bowl
She don't have time for herself
She putting points on the board, yes
You know she carry her own
You know she carry a child
She wake up at crack of dawn
She don't be cracking a smile
So when she packing the bowl
I grab her, I tell her

[Pre-Chorus: Chance The Rapper]
Let me crack this blunt
Slow it down for a second
Break it down, ooh
She said, "Let me lick this blunt"
Slow it down for a second
Break it down, ooh

[Chorus: Chance The Rapper]
We deserve, we deserve
We deserve a smoke break (Smoke break)
We deserve, we deserve
We deserve a smoke break

[Verse 2: Future]
We just been smoking a bong
We just been smoking a bong
We just been smoking a bong
We should be smoking alone
We should be smoking alone
Let's tell the truth if it hurt
I fell in love with your curse
You fell in love with my way
You fell in love with my ways
I need your heart in a safe
I give you keys to the Wraith
You having something to say
I'm having moves to be made
You know you need to behave
You know I go through a phase
I'm trying to count up this cake
She trying to sit on my face
We making progress, I change her address
Let you live lavish
Let us vibe for a second
If it's time, it's a essence
Don't you lie, I won't forget it
We deserve, we deserve
We deserve a fuck break
I see the light in the air
I take these rings and I run through your hair
I know your loyalty rare
I know my royalty rare
I know the fake from the real
Can't you take a few Zs at the cribbo?
Got exactly what I paid for
Let's have a reality check for a second
We deserve these moments
We smoking it out of a bong
You put me back in my zone
We going on and on, and on, and on, and on
She like to chief on the reefer
She like conversing with people
She take the papers and roll it
She got my back and I know it

[Pre-Chorus: Chance The Rapper]
Let me crack your back
Let me rub you all over
Let me make this blunt
Make you dinner or something
You deserve, you deserve

[Chorus: Chance The Rapper]
We deserve, we deserve
We deserve a smoke break
We deserve, we deserve
We deserve

Chance the Rapper

Chancellor Johnathan Bennett (born April 16, 1993), known professionally as Chance the Rapper, is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, record producer, and actor from the West Chatham neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois.

Chance is the frontman and lead vocalist for the band The Social Experiment. His unconventional, bohemian approach to releasing music has led the wave of independent artists garnering national attention without a backing label. His first two acclaimed solo projects 10 Day (2012) and Acid Rap (2013) have been called “classic” by Rolling Stone and Billboard Magazine. Before his solo work, Chance was part of a hip-hop duo named Instrumentality with his friend Justin. Apart from his solo career, he is a member of the Chicago collective SAVEMONEY (along with frequent collaborator Vic Mensa).

In 2015, Chance released a collaborative project titled Surf with Donnie Trumpet and The Social Experiment as a free album available through iTunes, and also became the first unsigned artist to perform on Saturday Night Live. His highly anticipated third solo project Coloring Book was released in 2016 via Apple Music to widespread praise from fans and critics alike, garnering a Metacritic score of 90 indicating “universal acclaim.” Coloring Book was also the first ever streaming-exclusive album to chart on the Billboard 200, debuting at number 8.
