[Verse 1]
I see you looking in the mirror
I see you thinking that you're killer, yeah
But could you love someone else like you love yourself right now?
If I got under the surface
I wonder if you'd even notice, yeah
I wonder could a girl like me get your heart on your sleeve somehow, ay, ay

[Pre-Chorus]
Know it's something I should try to hide
But it's too late and I don't wanna lie

[Chorus]
I'm thinking 'bout you, you
I'm drinking 'bout you, you
I hate that I do, now you know
Don't let it go, blow up your ego
You, you
I'm talking 'bout you, you
I hate that I do, now you know
Don't let it go, blow up your ego (Ha-ha)

[Verse 2]
I guess I thought that I'd knew better
I told myself that I would never, yeah
I'd never let a guy I met get inside of my head like this, oh
I see you acting like you're modest, oh
But you're too pretty, let's be honest, yeah
Hoping you were a different type to the one track minded guy, oh, yeah

[Pre-Chorus]
Know it's something I should try to hide
But it's too late and I don't wanna lie

[Chorus]
I'm thinking about you, you
I'm drinking about you, you
I hate that I do, now you know
Don't let it go, blow up your ego
You, you
I'm talking about you, you
I hate that I do, now you know
Don't let it go, blow up your ego, hey
Blow up your ego, yeah, blow up your ego
But now, now you know
Don't let it go blow up your ego
Oh, yeah

[Pre-Chorus]
Say, know it's something I should try to hide, oh
But it's too late and I don't wanna lie

[Chorus]
I'm thinking about you, you
I'm drinking about you, you
I hate that I do, now you know
Don't let it go, blow up your ego
You, you
I'm talking about you, you
I hate that I do, now you know
Don't let it go, blow up your ego
Hey, blow up your ego
Yeah, blow up your ego
Now, now you know
Don't let it go, blow up your ego

Ella Eyre

Combining neo-soul, pop, and R&B in one powerful, emphatic blend, British singer-songwriter Ella Eyre, born Ella McMahon, has been making recent waves with chart-impacting EDM hits and power anthems alike. Grown through the BRIT School system (like fellow artists Adele and Jessie J), Eyre first rose to prominence in 2012 via a feature on Bastille’s TLC/The xx mashup, titled “No Angels”. Mid-2013, she scored her first chart entry with up and coming drum and bass band Rudimental. Their collaboration, mammoth hit “Waiting All Night”, topped the UK Singles Chart and brought the artists a BRIT award for Single of the Year.

Now on the map, Eyre expanded her discography, featuring on tracks from both Naughty Boy and Tinie Tempah. Her first EP, Deeper, was released in late 2013 and her debut album, Feline, came a year and a half later. Ranging from Haddaway covers to breakup anthems to emotional questionnaires, the tracks on these works have pioneered Eyre’s sound and attracted a significant fanbase, dubbed “Eyreheads”.

Equipped with a raspy, honest voice combined with visceral emotion, Ella Eyre continues to gain further traction with the public eye and the music spectrum. One can only wonder what she will do next.
