[Verse 1]
Yo, it's sad nigga, you that black nigga who rap
It isn't anybody tryna get cheese to stack it in my ass
But it's your bastard, that sucker, 'cause I'm no longer be at the front of the game
The fact that's what my new place to be
That'll be just a waste of me
Look what my school done of made of me (Aw)
Man that nigga still tryna rap
When I get a contract, nigga that'll be a wrap
And these niggas don't know who I be
I stand tall in the game like "Yah mean, nah mean?"
You'll find me, trick by my side like we [?] dime piece
These niggas gon' be beyond me
When they eyes squinch like they Chinese
Toss something behind me
Right when I get a deal they wanna fight me
They don't like me, man, what's up with that?
But that's just my life, man, fuck the scrap

[Chorus]
Something wrong with me
And if you feel the same way about yourself
God damn it, sing along with me
Whatever it is that's always taking a toll on me
So all I ask that you do is sing a song with me
Something wrong with me
And if you feel the same way about yourself
God damn it, sing along with me
Whatever it is that's always taking a toll on me
Tell 'em what your name be nigga, Hopsin!

[Verse 2]
You think I'm crazy as you met me before
That's the reason LAUSD is letting me go
But no diploma so I grow to be a loner on the corner
Tryna slang the CD on the first nigga I see roll up (Ayy)
Okay, he don't want one, man
Looks like my career is overworked
That never even started to begin with
Anything I ever wanted to be was the hardest to be spittin'
Now I'm just a low life, nothing ever grow right
Things they looking so bright, mama saying
"Oh my, what the hell has my son become a nuts enough, nigga you a fuckin' a bum
You needs to take your broke ass back to school"
I'm in the dark now, mom, don't tell me what's to do, man
And stop calling me, man, I ain't your homeboys off the streets
I think I lost it, G, yo

[Chorus]
Something wrong with me
And if you feel the same way about yourself
God damn it, sing along with me
Whatever it is that's always taking a toll on me
So all I ask that you do is sing a song with me
Something wrong with me
And if you feel the same way about yourself
God damn it, sing along with me
Whatever it is that's always taking a toll on me
Tell 'em what your name be nigga, Hopsin!

[Verse 3]
Watch out now, I'm wild now
It's time for y'all to see the style now of a jacked up child now
'Cause my whole life I'm living in and it wrong
I date women and break up then dissing 'em in the song
Now I look at my broke ass, I'm sitting here alone
Had coochie before, but I don't get it anymore
Now my right hand buff and everybody noticed
"Well, I can't leave baby alone, I like holding them"
These women see me and what I wanna do
They like me but I'm never the one like number two
But fuck y'all then, I'm glad you ain't mine
You ain't fine, ass look like a straight line
Oh crap, look like you got a long back
I had to put it on blast, I can't no
My bad yo, don't take it to the zone, baby
I can't help it, I got something wrong with me

[Chorus]
Something wrong with me
And if you feel the same way about yourself
God damn it, sing along with me
Whatever it is that's always taking a toll on me
So all I ask that you do is sing a song with me
Something wrong with me
And if you feel the same way about yourself
God damn it, sing along with me
Whatever it is that's always taking a toll on me
Tell 'em what your name be nigga, Hopsin!
Something wrong with me
And if you feel the same way about yourself
God damn it, sing along with me
Whatever it is that's always taking a toll on me
So all I ask that you do is sing a song with me
Something wrong with me
And if you feel the same way about yourself
God damn it, sing along with me
Whatever it is that's always taking a toll on me
Tell 'em what your name be nigga, Hopsin!

Hopsin is a rapper, producer, singer, director, actor, graphic artist, skateboarder – even editing his music and videos. With his white contacts distinguishing him from his peers, he was signed with Ruthless Records from 2006 through to 2009, leaving due to numerous issues with the label, and its head, Tomica Wright. In early 2016, Hopsin took to social media to talk about how he was going to leave Funk Volume because of problems with his Co-Founder Damian “Dame” Ritter and would start his new record label called Undercover Prodigy, that wasn’t just a record label with merchandise, but an entire clothing line as well.
