[Verse 1]
Time passes me
Like a man on the street
I can't help but notice a change
It's in the colors
Of these autumn leaves
But deep down my roots are the same

Feels like an ocean
Without any waves
What's summer without sunny days
Everything's broken
I'm lost in my ways
But I don't believe it's my fate

[Chorus]
I know you feel me
Whenever I'm down
I know you see me
When I'm not around
It's twilight
But I know the sun's gonna rise

[Verse 2]
Smoke turns to ashes
And castles to dust
The love that we had became lust

I had the land
Made of gold in my hands
But I let it go
Tell me what have I become

The sun's gonna rise
The sun's gonna rise

[Chorus]
I know you feel me
Whenever I'm down
I know you see me
When I'm not around
It's twilight
I know it's twilight
But I know the sun's gonna rise

Time passes me
Like a man on the street
I can't help but notice a change
It's in the colors
Of these autumn leaves
But deep down my roots are the same
