[Intro]
Boots and boys, oh

[Verse 1]
I think it's time that I mention
I've got myself an obsession (Oh)
For the smell, for the touch
Keep that scruff lookin' rough (Oh)
I know I've got myself a habit
But I gotta have it now (Oh)
I don't care where, work it out
Let me break it down

[Pre-Chorus]
I try it on (I try it on)
I take it off (I take it off)
So, what you got?

[Chorus]
Something 'bout boots and boys (Boots and boys)
They bring me so much joy (Bring me joy)
I gotta say
I wear 'em both so pretty as I walk in the city
Watch out, boots and boys
Give me boots and boys (Boots and boys)
Give me boots and boys, boys, oh

[Verse 2]
I'm keeping quite the collection
Take nothing less than perfection
Cowboy boots, cowboy boys, mmm
Oh, the joy
My men drop beats like a bomb
'Scuse me, sir now, huh?
Wind me up, spin me 'round
Oh, lookie what I found (Ooh!)

[Chorus]
Boots and boys (Boots and boys)
They bring me so much joy (Bring me joy)
I gotta say
I wear 'em both so pretty as I walk in the city
Watch out, boots and boys
Give me boots and boys

[Post-Chorus]
Crazy for you, crazy for you
Give me boots and boys
I'm crazy for you, crazy for you
Give me boots and boys
Crazy for you, crazy for you
Give me boots and boys, boys, oh

[Bridge]
Oh
(Hey, hey, hey)
(Hey, hey) Whatcha looking at?
(Hey, hey, hey)
(Hey, hey) Somethin' you can't have
(Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah) They've got me lookin' rad
You feelin' that?

[Chorus]
Boots and boys (Boots and boys)
They bring me so much joy (Bring me joy)
I gotta say
I wear 'em both so pretty as I walk in the city
Watch out, boots and boys

[Chorus]
Something 'bout boots and boys (Boots and boys)
They bring me so much joy (Bring me joy)
I gotta say
I wear 'em both so pretty as I walk in the city
Watch out, boots and boys
Give me boots and boys

[Post-Chorus]
Crazy for you, crazy for you
Give me boots and boys
I'm crazy for you, crazy for you
Give me boots and boys
I'm crazy for you, crazy for you
Give me boots and boys, boys, oh

Kesha

Kesha Rose Sebert, whose mononymous stage name was previously spelled Ke$ha, is an American singer-songwriter best known for hits like “Tik Tok” and “Praying.” Her mother, Pebe Sebert is also a songwriter, and the two have worked together on songs like “Learn to Let Go.”

In 2005, at age eighteen, Kesha signed a record deal with Dr. Luke’s Kemosabe Records. Her first major recording was an uncredited feature on Flo Rida’s 2009 hit “Right ‘Round,” which she recorded after walking into a session between Flo and Dr. Luke. She released her debut album, Animal, the next year, after choosing from hundreds of songs, and the record debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200 chart. Lead single “Tik Tok” broke the record for the longest time for a female artist’s debut single to top the Billboard Hot 100.

Nine months after Animal dropped, Kesha rereleased it alongside Cannibal, an extended play featuring hits like “We R Who We R,” which debuted at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100, and “Blow.” In February 2011, Kesha kicked off her Get Sleazy Tour, which travelled through the Americas, Europe, and Australia. During the tour, she began writing for her sophomore album, Warrior, which was released in November 2012. She then embarked on a world tour, and was joined by future “Timber” collaborator Pitbull on the North American leg.
