[Intro: Bernadette Cooper]
Alright girls, we gonna throw this down one time
Here we go
One, two, one-two-three, oww!

(Snap!)

[Verse 1: Fenderella]
Party every night
Doesn't matter where
Got no time to waste
Got to go somewhere
You can't tie me down
I'm not ready yet
If you want me
I won't play hard to get

[Chorus: Fenderella]
I'm so... wild!
I'm... wild
Don't you know I'm so... wild?
Baby, I'm.. wild!

Listen...
Wild (I'm so)
Wild (I'm so)
Wild (I'm so)
Wild (Can you slow me down?)

[Verse 2: Fenderella]
I know all the clubs
If you want to go
If they're straight or gay
If they're fast or slow
If you want to ride
Let me be your guide
I can show you the very best of times

[Chorus: Fenderella]
I'm so... wild!
Baby, baby, don't you know I'm... wild?
Don't you know I'm so... wild?
I'm.. wild!

Listen...
Wild (I'm so)
Wild (I'm so)
Wild (I'm so)
Wild (Can you slow me down?)

[Vamp:]
I'm...
Where the wild girls at? Right here!
Where the wild girls at? Right here!
Where the wild girls at? Right here!
Where the wild girls at? Right here!
(Snap!)

(Chop-chop!)
Wild girls say, "Ooh yeah!" (8x)

[Chorus: Fenderella]
Wild!
Wild!
Don't you know I'm so... Wild?
Baby, baby, don't you know I'm... Wild?
Listen...

[Bridge: Lorena "Lungs" Shelby]
You say that I don't care
But I was once in love
It was hard at first
To have a man because
He's a famous star
But couldn't keep me tame
'Cause I'm a wild girl
And love is just a game
Say...

[Vamp: Bernadette Cooper]
Can you handle me?
Can you keep it up?
I'm so wild, wild!
Can you handle me?
Can you keep it up?
I'm so wild, wild!

[Vamp:]
Can you slow me down?
Can you slow me down?
Can you slow me down?
Can you slow me down?
Can you slow me down?
Can you slow me down?
Can you slow me down?
Can you slow me down?

Klymaxx

Klymaxx is one of the first and most-prominent all-girl funk bands. Getting started in the early 1980’s, the band hit their stride in the middle of the decade with hits like “The Men All Pause,” “Meeting In The Ladies Room,” “I Miss You,” and “I’d Still Say Yes.”

With multiple band members all playing their instruments live, the frontmost members were lead singers Lorena “Lungs” Porter, the feather-voiced Joyce “Fenderella” Irby, and attitudinal rapstress and group founder Bernadette Cooper.

Regarding the creation of the group’s name, Klymaxx, Cheryl Cooley said:
