[Verse 1]
I'm suffocated with desire
I need to save me from myself
I ache for great experience
There's a riot in my senses

[Bridge 1]
Time and space and hurt and tears are not enough
Love and light and faith and words are not enough

[Chorus]
I'm not happy drunk 'til I'm drunken
'Til you take all of me

[Verse 2]
You put me to the test and I understand
There's more and more and more to know
Don't take me halfway (don't take me halfway)
I won't be contented that way

[Bridge 1]
Time and space and hurt and tears are not enough
Love and light and faith and words are not enough

[Bridge 2]
Time flies like my love for you
And space grows like my envy for you
Hurt comes like my pain for you
And tears pour like my lust for you
Love lies like my hope for you
And light falls like my armour for you
Faith stays like my care for you
And words wait like my crave for you

[Chorus]
I'm not happy drunk 'til I'm drunken
'Til you take all of me
I'm not happy waste 'til I'm wasted
'Til you take all of me

I'm not happy drunk 'til I'm drunken
'Til you take all of me
I'm not happy waste 'til I'm wasted
'Til you take all of me

[Bridge 3]
Time and space and hurt and tears and love and light and faith and words are not enough
Time and space and hurt and tears and love and light and faith and words are not enough

[Bridge 2]
Time flies like my love for you
And space grows like my envy for you
Hurt comes like my pain for you
And tears pour like my lust for you
Love lies like my hope for you
And light falls like my armour for you
Faith stays like my care for you
And words wait like my crave for you

Kylie Minogue

Kylie Minogue is an Australian singer, songwriter, and actress. Often referred to as the Goddess of Pop with a career spanning over 30 years, she has transformed from girl-next-door soap star to ‘90s pop starlet, and short-lived indie darling to bona fide superstar.

Kylie earned her first big break on the Australian soap opera Neighbours, playing tomboy mechanic Charlene Mitchell. An on-screen romance with Jason Donovan – who played Scott Robinson – blossomed into a real-life relationship, and their wedding on the soap drew in millions of viewers. However, her real ambition was a successful career in music, and by 1988 her debut album, Kylie, was released, reaching #1 in the UK and Australia. Notching up 10 UK Top 3 singles by 1993, she was one of the defining popstars of the early ‘90s. Her follow-ups to the debut album – Enjoy Yourself, Rhythm of Love and Let’s Get To It – all reached the Top 15 in the UK.

With a blossoming relationship with late INXS frontman Michael Hutchence, Kylie was encouraged to be more ambitious with her image and sound. As such, she left her former label, PWL, and released the daring “Confide In Me” in early 1994. Critics praised her re-invention, and the single restored the success she had somewhat lost with her previous album. Impossible Princess was another critical success but failed to make much of an impact on the charts, which led some media outlets to believe that her “15 minutes of fame” were over.
