[Intro]
Can you feel it?

[Verse 1]
Nothing that I do is right
I think I've had an oversight
You don't know what you're doing to me
Why do you always put me down
It's better when you're not around
We always seem to disagree
You're killing our love
You're screwing me up
I can't take no more
And I've had enough
Again it isn't right
I'm choking inside
I love you in death and the afterlife

[Chorus]
But I don't know what it is that keeps me going
You get enough of this, it keeps us flowing
I'm pushing ahead, and you can't stop me now

[Verse 2]
Took some time to realize
I saw it right before my eyes
That we don't get along anymore
I tried my best to make it work
You always keep me in the dark
And now I'm feeling oh so unsure
But you know I love you
You're stringing me out
I can't anymore and I've had enough
And it isn't right
I'm choking inside
I'll love you to death in the afterlife

[Chorus]
But I don't know what it is that keeps me going
You get enough of this, it keeps us flowing
I'm pushing ahead, and you can't stop me now
And I don't know what it is that makes it matter
So tell me what to give to make it better
I'm pushing ahead, and you can't stop me now

[Bridge]
Pushing and a-shoving
Pushing and a-shoving
Pushing and a-shoving
Pushing and a-shoving

[Chorus]
But I don't know what it is that keeps me going
You get enough of this, it keeps us flowing
I'm pushing ahead, and you can't stop me now

[Outro]
Don't know what it is
Don't know what it is
Don't know what it is

Kylie Minogue

Kylie Minogue is an Australian singer, songwriter, and actress. Often referred to as the Goddess of Pop with a career spanning over 30 years, she has transformed from girl-next-door soap star to ‘90s pop starlet, and short-lived indie darling to bona fide superstar.

Kylie earned her first big break on the Australian soap opera Neighbours, playing tomboy mechanic Charlene Mitchell. An on-screen romance with Jason Donovan – who played Scott Robinson – blossomed into a real-life relationship, and their wedding on the soap drew in millions of viewers. However, her real ambition was a successful career in music, and by 1988 her debut album, Kylie, was released, reaching #1 in the UK and Australia. Notching up 10 UK Top 3 singles by 1993, she was one of the defining popstars of the early ‘90s. Her follow-ups to the debut album – Enjoy Yourself, Rhythm of Love and Let’s Get To It – all reached the Top 15 in the UK.

With a blossoming relationship with late INXS frontman Michael Hutchence, Kylie was encouraged to be more ambitious with her image and sound. As such, she left her former label, PWL, and released the daring “Confide In Me” in early 1994. Critics praised her re-invention, and the single restored the success she had somewhat lost with her previous album. Impossible Princess was another critical success but failed to make much of an impact on the charts, which led some media outlets to believe that her “15 minutes of fame” were over.
