[Intro: Mac Miller]
Chyeah
One time for your mind, ladies and gentlemen
We gon' get into somethin' real smooth real quick
You know how it goes
Try and go to paradise real quick, right?
Yeah, uh, uh, uh

[Chorus: Teressa LaGamba]
Take me to paradise
'Cause this game's about as fair as life
We in a war that nobody gets to fight
Spare my life
Bringin' truth to the people
I'm just a kid that likes to do shit illegal
Take me to paradise
'Cause this game's about as fair as life
We in a war that nobody gets to fight
Spare my life
Bringin' truth to the people
I'm just a kid that likes to do shit illegal (Uh, uh)

[Verse 1: Mac Miller]
I spent the night to rock
But this writer's block is kinda like the cops
Holdin' me back, I keep my dro in a sack (Yeah)
So while I'm holdin' this track (Uh-huh), I keep my mind straight (Yeah)
MC's fold and collapse due to the crime rates
So I dip and climb gates, you never see me where you find jake
Kid who rhymes great takin' it back for old times sake
Times change and no one wasn't with you in the past
But I was lettin' records spin while I was sittin' in the class (Believe)
I take two hits and pass while I listen to this jazz
Walkin' home alone to find some kids to whip they ass (Haha)
'Cause fuck it
See, the streets is cold, they might be eatin' your soul
Rollin' with dough like a pizza roll (Yup)
I used to steal lil' shit out the convenient store
They used to catch me, ask me "Mac, what you need this for?"
I said, "It's just a tootsie roll, can I please just go?"
Paradise, I believe I'm home, yo, yo

[Chorus: Teressa LaGamba]
Take me to paradise
Cause this games about as fair as life
We in a war that nobody gets to fight
Spare my life
Bringin' truth to the people
I'm just a kid that likes to do shit illegal
Take me to paradise
'Cause this games about as fair as life
We in a war that nobody gets to fight
Spare my life
Bringin' truth to the people
I'm just a kid that likes to do shit illegal (Uh, yo, see)

[Verse 2: Mac Miller]
They act like I ain't never have to face the heat
'Cause I got a place to sleep and a plate to eat
I come reelin', on the real, I gotta thank my moms
'Cause there ain't shit wrong with makin' songs (Nope)
So let's blaze this bomb 'til the haze is gone (Uh-huh)
I write shit, you copy and paste your songs (Biter!)
Goddamn, I'm makin' these hot jams
And I ain't showin' love to the dudes that's not fam (Nope)
My words sizzle over these beats like hot pans
I got fans, so I plot plans for the top stands (On top)
And when that day comes, homie, I'ma stay young
Like Peter Pan, even if I'm sleepin' in a van
I just need a couple grams so I can feed a strugglin' fam
I got a dream to see some seats that's filled with fans (Uh-huh)
Paradise (Yeah), no easy street
So if I get hungry, I'ma eat this beat (Peace)

[Chorus: Teressa LaGamba]
Take me to paradise
'Cause this games about as fair as life
We in a war that nobody gets to fight
Spare my life
Bringin' truth to the people
I'm just a kid that likes to do shit illegal
Take me to paradise
'Cause this games about as fair as life
We in a war that nobody gets to fight
Spare my life
Bringin' truth to the people
I'm just a kid that likes to do shit illegal

[Bridge: Teressa LaGamba]
Take me to paradise
Take me to paradise
Paradise
Take me to paradise

[Chorus: Teressa LaGamba]
Take me to paradise
'Cause this games about as fair as life
We in a war that nobody gets to fight
Spare my life
Bringin' truth to the people
I'm just a kid that likes to do shit illegal

[Outro: Mac Miller & Teressa LaGamba]
Yeah, that's what it is
Damn, that girl can sing
Ha, Teressa LaGamba, ladies and gentlemen, and I'm out
Take me to paradise
Uh, uh, uh, uh

Mac Miller

Malcolm James McCormick (Jan. 19, 1992 – Sept. 7, 2018), who performed as Mac Miller, was an American rapper and producer from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Since releasing his first mixtape at just 15 years old, he became one of the leaders of the new school of young and highly talented “weirdos.”

Mac’s credibility in the rap game increased ten-fold and resulted in a slew of quality releases, including 2012’s Macadelic mixtape, his second studio album Watching Movies With The Sound Off, and his critically-acclaimed 2014 mixtape Faces.

He had multiple alter-egos, most notably his producer alias Larry Fisherman and his sick and twisted pitched-up persona (à la Quasimoto,) Delusional Thomas.
