[Verse 1]
Oh, Karen
You take it all too hard
You been talking to those fools again
And they'll tear your world apart, mmm
Oh, Karen
You gotta try to understand
Gotta hold on to your soul
'Cause they'll crush it if they can

[Chorus]
So, Karen don't be sad
They're just a bunch of fools
And you can make them powerless
Don't let them make the rules
So, Karen don't be sad
You know the truth is true
The world can still be beautiful
That part's up to you
So, Karen don't be sad

[Verse 2]
Oh, Karen
You know you're only letting 'em win
By letting all their lies and hate destroy you from within-in
Oh, Karen
They've taken away your smile
But you can give it back to us
Just fake it for a while

[Chorus]
So, Karen don't be sad
They're just a bunch of fools
And you can make them powerless
Don't let them make the rules
So, Karen don't be sad
You know the truth is true
The world can still be beautiful
That part's up to you
So, Karen don't be sad

[Outro]
So, Karen don't be sad
Don't let 'em win
Oh, don't let 'em win
Don't let them win
Don't let them win
Oh, don't let them win
Oh, don't let them win
Don't let them win

Miley Cyrus

Miley Ray Cyrus (born Destiny Hope Cyrus, November 23rd 1992) is an American singer, songwriter and actress, as well as the daughter of country singer Billy Ray Cyrus. She was named Destiny Hope Cyrus at birth but was given the nickname “Smiley” because she was always grinning. The name stuck and she legally changed it in 2008.

Her singing career started simultaneously with her role in the Disney Channel television series Hannah Montana, which made her a teen idol. She was featured on the 2006 soundtrack of Hannah Montana. After signing a recording contract with Hollywood Records in 2007, she released Hannah Montana 2: Meet Miley Cyrus. The album served as both the series' soundtrack and Cyrus' debut studio album.

With the 2010 release of Can’t Be Tamed, Cyrus developed a more mature image with a dance-oriented sound. The album caused controversy due to the lyrics and music video of Can’t Be Tamed.
