[Verse 1]
You got your ways, and I've got mine
It's takin' up all of my time
Waitin' for you to adore me
Come sit and drink from a cup
Don't leave until you're filled up
You're tired of all your travelin'

[Pre-Chorus]
I don't need nothin' at all
Nothin' but your kiss
And nothin' but your arms
I don't need nothin' at all

[Chorus]
But somebody to love
Somebody to hold
Somebody that I can feel in my blood
Somebody to hold
Somebody to own
Somebody to make me feel I'm in love

[Verse 2]
I know I'm may seem forward
I'm not tryin' to save face
I'm tryna live in this moment
Come closer, sin would say
Tell me how long that it will take
To unravel your body

[Pre-Chorus]
I don't need nothin' at all
Nothin' but your touch
And nothin' but your hand
I don't need nothin' at all

[Chorus]
But somebody to love
Somebody to hold
Somebody that I can feel in my blood
Somebody to hold
Somebody to own
Somebody to make me feel I'm in love

[Bridge]
[? 2:05]
Don't freak, but can you make it through the night for me?
I know you can 'cause you're a man
[?]

[Chorus]
I need somebody to love
Somebody to hold
Somebody that I can feel in my blood
Somebody to love
Somebody to hold
Somebody to make me feel I'm in love

[Outro]

Nelly Furtado

Nelly Kim Furtado (born December 2, 1978) is a Portuguese-Canadian singer and songwriter. The songstress is well-known for hits such as “I’m Like a Bird”, “Turn Off the Light”, and “Promiscuous”.

She began her career in 1996 contributing vocals to Plains of Fascination’s “Walkin' 4 The Streets” and forming Nelstar. After leaving the group, Furtado released her debut single “Party’s Just Begun (Again)”.

Her debut album Whoa! Nelly was released in 2000 to worldwide success with hits such as “I’m Like a Bird”, “Turn Off the Light”, and “…On the Radio (Remember the Days)”. It received four Grammy nominations and one of the singles won for Best Female Pop Vocal Performance. It’s sold nine-million copies worldwide to date. Folklore is Furtado’s second album released in 2003. The album was not as successful as the previous one due to change in sound. “Try” and “Powerless (Say What You Want)” were the only top-ten hits from the album.
