[Chorus: Noah Cyrus & Miley Cyrus]
I got so high that I saw Jesus
He said, "It's all gonna be okay
You just need me in your heart"
Tennessee whiskey and love
I got so high that I saw Jesus

[Verse 1: Noah Cyrus, Miley Cyrus, Noah Cyrus & Miley Cyrus]
Yeah, they talk about the rivers running dry (Mmm)
How pretty soon there won't be any water left to turn to wine
Like a drunkard at the wedding
Blindly raising Armageddon
So, I'ma getting high

[Chorus: Noah Cyrus & Miley Cyrus]
And I got so high that I saw Jesus
He said, "It's all gonna be okay
You just need me in your heart"
Tennessee whiskey and love
I got so high that I saw Jesus

[Verse 2: Noah Cyrus & Miley Cyrus, Miley Cyrus, Noah Cyrus]
Yeah, Joseph lost his job to a machine
And Mary lost her mind to lines of code you can't see
If the angels are the A.I
I'm gonna burn this whole thing down
I'm gonna burn one down right now

[Chorus: Noah Cyrus & Miley Cyrus, Noah Cyrus]
I got so high that I saw Jesus
He said, "It's all gonna be okay (All gonna be)
You just need me in your heart"
Tennessee whiskey and love
Yeah, I got so high that I saw Jesus

[Bridge: Noah Cyrus, Miley Cyrus]
And sometimes, it hurts too much to look
Like Moses at the burning bush
I tried to turn away, but I could see
He said "Fathers, don't forsake your sons
There's so much kingdom left to come
Just let it fill your lungs before you leave"

[Chorus: Noah Cyrus, Miley Cyrus, Noah Cyrus & Miley Cyrus]
And I got so high that I saw Jesus
He said, "It's all gonna be okay
You just need me in your heart"
Tennessee whiskey and love
I got so high that I saw Jesus

[Outro: Noah Cyrus, Noah Cyrus & Miley Cyrus]
I got so high that I saw Jesus
I got so high that I saw Jesus

Noah Cyrus

Noah Lindsey Cyrus (born January 8, 2000) is an American actress and singer. Budding recording artist Noah Cyrus is one to watch for 2017, as her debut single “Make Me (Cry)” went straight to #1 on Spotify’s Viral Global Chart within hours of release and has since surpassed 250 million global audio and video streams.

The introductory song from her forthcoming album NC-17 was met with unanimous praise in the U.S. and abroad, with Dazed calling it a “leftfield pop ballad” and Rolling Stone deeming it an “R&B-tinged pop tearjerker.” Her most recent release and follow up, “Stay Together,” is following suit, and already lining up to be the “song of the summer contender,” according to Idolator and NYLON crowning it as a “warm and cheery anthem of the summer.”

She has also been featured in multiple songs, including “Chasing Colors,” “All Falls Down,” “Slow,” and “My Way.”
