[Intro: Owl City & Mark Hoppus]
Dementia, you're driving me crazy
This is driving me crazy
Dementia, oh, dementia

[Verse 1: Owl City]
Every light in the night flickered in and out
Every bone in my back shivered up and down
Keep the pace just in case all the magic dies
Cause this is driving me crazy
Every voice in my head shouted yes and no
Every freight train of thought fought to stop and go
Keep the pace just in case all the magic dies
Cause this is driving me crazy

[Chorus 1: Owl City]
Big surprise, I'm a ghost keeping out of sight
Rub your eyes, you're a star in a summer night
This is love, this is war, it's insanity
Dementia, you're driving me crazy

[Bridge: Owl City & Mark Hoppus]
(Dementia, you're driving me crazy)
(This is driving me crazy)

[Verse 2: Mark Hoppus]
Every tear in my eyes dripped and wouldn't drop
Every disc in my spine shook and couldn't stop
Keep the pace just in case all the magic dies
Cause this is driving me crazy
Every hand let me go that I tried to hold
Every warm-hearted love left me freezing cold
Keep the pace just in case all the magic dies
Cause this is driving me crazy

[Chorus 1: Owl City]
Big surprise, I'm a ghost keeping out of sight
Rub your eyes, you're a star in a summer night
This is love, this is war, it's insanity
Dementia, you're driving me crazy

[Bridge: Owl City & Mark Hoppus]
(Dementia, you're driving me crazy)
(This is driving me crazy)

[Chorus 2: Owl City]
Big surprise, I'm a ghost keeping out of sight
Rub your eyes, you're a star in a summer night
This is love, this is war, it's insanity
Dementia, oh, dementia
Through the skies you're en route at the speed of light
So realize there's chaos in the air tonight
This is love, this is war, this is pure insanity
Dementia, you're driving me crazy

[Outro: Owl City & Mark Hoppus]
This is driving me crazy
Oh, dementia, you're driving me crazy

Owl City

Originally making songs in his basement for his friends as Sky Sailing, Adam Young then discovered synth music and became Owl City, releasing two relatively unpopular albums Maybe I’m Dreaming and Of June before making his hit single “Fireflies” which made his third album as Owl City, Ocean Eyes a hit.

After this worldwide success he put on two more albums, All Things Bright and Beautiful in 2011, and The Midsummer Station in 2012. In 2014 he released an EP, Ultraviolet, composed of 4 songs whom one would appear on his following album, Mobile Orchestra. Retiring from Owl City in 2016 to focus on Adam Young Scores, a new project made of orchestral soundtracks about historic events, he reappeared in 2017 to tease his upcoming new album Cinematic, with the release of a series of three EPs, called Reel 1 , 2 and 3.
