[Chorus]
I decided to stay home tonight
I decided I'ma treat you right
I decided to be there for you
Decided to be on my P's and Q's
I decided to give up my friends
Decided I'ma take you out weekends
Decided to give you a reason to trust
These are decisions that I made for love

[Verse 1]
Enough is enough no more running around
(Searching for what's right here at home)
Because my luck is 'bout to turn around
(And I just can't keep doing you wrong)
Girl, I take it for granted that you will be here always
(Tired of this ego trip)
'Cause soon you'll be searching for another man
And I just can't have that happen to me

[Chorus]
I decided to stay home tonight (woo! Oh)
I decided I'ma treat you right (oh)
I decided to be there for you (there for you)
Decided to be on my P's and Q's (Q's, I decided)
I decided to give up my friends (oh yeah)
Decided I'ma take you out weekends (on the weekends, yeah)
Decided to give you a reason to trust (ooh)
These are decisions that I made for love

[Verse 2]
Now I've had about all that I can stand, no more
(I'm turning in my playa's card)
See I'm retiring from the secret life I chose
('Cause I just can't keep breaking your heart)
It was silly of me to be the way that I was
(First was blind, but now I see)
Baby, soon you'll be saying I'm falling out of love
And I just can't let it happen whoa, whoa I

[Chorus]
I decided to stay home tonight (I decided)
I decided I'ma treat you right (treat you right)
I decided to be there for you (right there)
Decided to be on my P's and Q's (giving up my friends, yeah)
I decided to give up my friends (I've decided)
Decided I'ma take you out weekends
(Decided to give you a reason, yeah)
Decided to give you a reason to trust
These are decisions that I made for love

[Bridge]
(When the morning comes, yeah)
When the morning comes
You see the sun will shine on you and me
(I was on my way)
Was on my way to losing you, (until) until I found reality
(So cast away, oh)
So cast away your doubts and fears
(Doubts and fears)
'Cause from now on I'll be right here, for always
(Gonna be right here)
For always, forever more, I decided

[Chorus]
I decided to stay home tonight (to stay home tonight)
I decided I'ma treat you right (I'm gonna treat you right)
I decided to be there for you (there for you)
Decided to be on my P's and Q's
(Girl, I'm gonna dump my friends, yes I will, truly I will)
I decided to give up my friends
Decided I'ma take you out weekends
(And we're going to be together on the weekend, whoa, whoa)
Decided to give you a reason to trust
These are decisions that I made for love
(See these are the decisions I made because of love, for the two of us)
I decided to stay home tonight
(Get up from this bull and rebuild your trust)
I decided I'ma treat you right
I decided to be there for you
(Yeah, yeah, oh no, whoa)
Decided to be on my P's and Q's
(There will be, no more cheating)
I decided to give up my friends
(No more creeping, no more fucking, no more sneaking)
Decided I'ma take you out weekends
(No no, no no, no no, no no)
Decided to give you a reason to trust
(No no, no no, no no, no no)
These are decisions that I made for love
