[Spoken Intro]
Nah nah nah, see, you got to understand
Steppin' is not just a dance, it's a, it's a culture
It's the, it's the way we live
It's what we eat, think, and breathe, you understand me?
See, you know, you out there on the dance floor and you with your partner
And y'all holdin' hands and y'all swingin' and swayin'
And you turnin' 'em and twistin' 'em and dippin' 'em
It's just such an exciting feelin' you get
You know what I mean?

[Intro]
Yeah, it's the Pied Piper of R&B, y'all (Whoa, oh, oh)
Follow me (Yeah)

And I know somebody's gonna celebrate tonight somewhere

Step in the name of love (in the name of love)
Groove in the name of love
Groove in the name of love

[Verse 2]
See I know, there's somebody's breaking out the champagne somewhere
And you can be sure (you can be sure)
Somebody's gonna make love
Night until the day (oh one thing)

[Pre-Chorus]
(One thing's for sure)
I'm gonna put on my dancing shoes
(Then I'm gonna hit the floor)
And go out and step the whole night through

Then I, I wanna be the first one to hit the floor (Ooh, so, so...)
So tell the DJ to turn it up (turn it up)
'Cause it feels so good dancing to this remix
Makes me wanna step, 'cause it's a cut!

[Chorus]
Snap in the name of love (oh baby)
Snap in the name of love (I'm...gonna)
Clap in the name of love (yeah)

Good evening, ladies and gentlemen
It's the Pied Piper of R&B
And I would like to welcome you to the Chocolate Factory
This album was designed to make you feel good
For those of you who wanna feel good, follow me

Yeah, from the Loveland album
But y'all know I had to go and do a remix
And put it on the Chocolate Factory (yeah)

Is the same game we gon' play right now
Are y'all ready? Come on, 1, 2, 3, sing...

R. Kelly

Robert Kelly is a Grammy Award-winning singer, songwriter, and producer from the South Side of Chicago, Illinois, where he first started performing under the “L” subway tracks as a teenager. This led into his first album, Born Into the 90’s, being released in 1992 as a collaboration between R. Kelly and Public Announcement. R. Kelly wrote and produced the entire album, which contained the #1 R&B hits “Honey Love” and “Slow Dance,” along with the Top 10 R&B hits “She’s Got That Vibe” (#7) and “Dedicated” (#9). The following year, Kelly went on to become a solo act.

In 1993, he released his first solo album, 12 Play, featuring the hits “Bump N' Grind” and “Your Body’s Callin'.” He released a self-titled album in 1995 featuring the hits “Down Low (Nobody Has To Know)” and “You Remind Me of Something,” while his 1998 double album, R., featured a string of hits, including “I Am Your Angel” with Celine Dion, “When a Woman’s Fed Up,” and his Grammy Award-winning song “I Believe I Can Fly” from the Space Jam soundtrack.

The success of these albums led to him becoming an in-demand producer in the ‘90s, writing and producing #1 hits for Aaliyah (“Back & Forth”), Janet Jackson (“Any Time, Any Place (Remix)”), Changing Faces (“G.H.E.T.T.O.U.T”), Maxwell (“Fortunate”), and Michael Jackson (“You Are Not Alone”).
