[Verse 1]
This world don't turn when you're not in my arms
The sun don't shine whenever i'm without you
And there's an empty space inside my heart
When you're gone and whenever you're gone
It's too long and the waiting is driving me crazy
Baby, i'm not alive till you're here by my side, oh

[Chorus]
I count the minutes i count the hours i count the seconds
Till you're here by my side again and every minute (every minute)
Goes on for hours (hours)
Until you're with me
Till i look in your eyes again
And time is standing still till you're here
With me i need your love to set me free, set me free

[Verse 2]
Each night's a lifetime when i'm not with you
And every day just seems to take forever i'm missing
When i should be kissing you i can't wait
Cause i live for the love that we make
I can't breathe till i feel you beside me
And i'm lost in the dark till you're here in my arms, oh

[Chorus]

[Verse 3]
I can't wait a minute more
Just to touch you
Cause i love you baby
Don't make me stay away from you too long
Cause the waiting is driving me crazy
Baby i'm not alive
Till you're here by my side
Here by my side

[Chorus]

Ricky Martin

Enrique Martín Morales (born December 24, 1971), commonly known as Ricky Martin, is a Puerto Rican singer, actor and author. Martin began his career at age 12 with the all-boy pop group Menudo. After five years with the group, he released several Spanish-language solo albums throughout the 1990s. He also acted on stage and on TV in Mexico, where he achieved modest stardom. In 1994, he appeared on the US TV soap opera General Hospital, playing a Puerto Rican singer.

In early 1999, after releasing several albums in Spanish, Martin performed “The Cup of Life” at the 41st Annual Grammy Awards show, which became a catalyst in bringing Latin pop to the forefront of the U.S. music scene. Following its success, Martin released “Livin' la Vida Loca”, which helped him attain enormous success worldwide; it is generally seen as the song that began the Latin pop explosion of 1999 and made the transition easier for other Spanish-speaking artists to move into the English-speaking market. Since its release, the song has sold over 8 million copies, making it one of the best selling singles of all time. His first English-language album (also titled Ricky Martin), has sold 22 million copies and is one of the best selling albums of all time. His other studio albums Me Amarás (1993), A Medio Vivir (1995), Vuelve (1998), Sound Loaded (2000), Almas del Silencio (2003), Life (2005), Música + Alma + Sexo (2011), and A Quien Quiera Escuchar (2015).
