[Verse 1]
It takes two to tango
And two lips to seal a kiss
But a flame and a candle
Won't burn on a night like this
If it don't take two
It takes two to go one way
And two winds to be strong enough
But you can't sail on a still day
Like two ships on a sea of love
If it don't take two
Noah knew what he had to do
Ooh-ooh, oh yeah
He sent us out in the world walking two by two
Oh

[Chorus]
(If it don't take two) If it don't take two
(If it don't take two) And if I'm not with you
No, it ain't worth going through
If it don't take two
Yeah, Charlie

[Verse 2]
It takes two hearts with one beat
And it takes two to say "I do"
But the champagne won't taste sweet
And the dream just won't come true
If it don't take two
Noah knew what he had to do, oh yeah
He sent us out in the world walking two by two
Me and you

[Chorus]
(If it don't take two) If it don't take two
(If it don't take two) And if I'm not with you
No, it ain't worth going through
If it don't take two

[Bridge]
He sent us out in the world walking two by two
Me and you
Baby

[Chorus]
If it don't take two (If it don't take two)
And if I'm not with you
No, it ain't worth going through
If it don't take two
No, it don't take two (If it don't take two)
If it don't take two (If I'm not with you)
No, it ain't worth going through
(If it don't take two) If it don't take two
(If it don't take two) And if I'm not with you
No, it ain't worth going through, baby
(If it don't take two) If it don't take two

Shania Twain

Sometimes referred to as the “queen of country pop,” Shania Twain is the best selling female artist in the history of country music, having sold 85 million+ records. She is the first and only female music artist to have three albums in a row certified Diamond by the RIAA.

Shania Twain retired from performing in 2009, citing a weakening singing voice, later consulting specialists who diagnosed her with dysphonia, likely a result of lyme disease. She returned to the stage in her show Still the One in 2012, and begun touring again in 2015.

In October 2016 she told Rolling Stone she had new music coming “really soon” which followed her plans to release her fifth studio album when she was 50.
