[Verse 1]
There’s been a terrible drought
It's been too cold to get out
I needed to scream and shout
But it’s over now, it’s over now

[Chorus]
I’m getting lucky tonight
I’m getting lucky tonight
I’m getting lucky tonight

[Verse 2]
And here you are holding my hand
Here by you I’ll always stand
It’s raining its pouring love
Warm drops of joy fall from above. Above!

[Chorus]
I’m getting lucky tonight
I’m getting lucky tonight
I’m getting lucky tonight

[Outro]
I’m getting lucky tonight
Yeah I’m getting lucky tonight
I'm getting lucky tonight
I’m getting lucky tonight
Yeah I’m getting lucky tonight
I’m getting lucky tonight
I’m getting lucky tonight
And so are you
