Xinya An (安心亞), also known as Amber An, was born as Liao Ching-ling (廖婧伶) on September 18, 1985, in Taichung, Taiwan, is an actress, television host, model and singer, debuting in the industry February of 2009 on the Celebrity Imitated The Largest Political Party, a celebrity imitation show. Her appearance on the show, in which she impersonated singer Kuo Shu-yao, gained her recognition, resulting in the title of Taiwan’s sexiest woman in FHM magazine, and a debut as an actress in 2010, and as a singer in 2011 with the album 惡女.
