Spin the block, hit me as soon as you get the drop, yeah
Get a lot, I swear to God I get a lot, yeah
I run it up, I just bought a brand new Bentley truck, yeah, yeah
Wait 'til I switch it up, pre-ordered a Rolls Royce truck, yeah, yeah
We pullin' up, we get recognition, now they notice us, yeah, yeah
Wear the bust down or the plane jane, I can switch it up, yeah, yeah
Look how times changed, I was down bad, now I'm super up, yeah, yeah
I'ma stay the same, if he need a hand, I'ma help him up, yeah, yeah

[Verse 1: A Boogie wit da Hoodie]
I get in my bag, Amiri on my ass
I got too much, swag drippin', too much swag
Too much on my mind, too much time in Hermès
I wish I could, bluff and never come back
Now when I, ride, now I ride with the strap, ooh
I lie to all the feds and the rats
Free the guys, Montana and V12
Don't let them feed you lies, I'm in my fuckin' prime
Richard Mille face, bust down
Still ain't got no fuckin' time
This ain't no game boy, nah, it ain't no Nintendo time
Always gotta stay ten toes down, I ain't no fuckin' clown
If you see an opp around, make sure you lay 'em down, uh

[Chorus: A Boogie wit da Hoodie & Lil Baby]
Spin the block, hit me as soon as you get the drop, yeah
Get a lot, I swear to God I get a lot, yeah
I run it up, I just bought a brand new Bentley truck, yeah, yeah
Wait 'til I switch it up, pre-ordered a Rolls Royce truck, yeah, yeah
We pullin' up, we get recognition, now they notice us, yeah, yeah
Wear the bust down or the plane jane, I can switch it up, yeah, yeah
Look how things changed, I was down bad, now I'm super up, yeah, yeah
I'ma stay the same, if he need a hand, I'ma help him up, yeah, yeah

[Verse 2: Lil Baby]
Rolls Royce truck on the way (Ayy)
Straight cash, leases I don't play
Amiri jeans the next sixty days
Hop out sticky, a young nigga wavy
Who is Baby? He been goin' crazy
Everything he drops sound amazin'
Tennis chains, hittin' no fugazi
Traphouse, we servin' out the Days Inn
Spin the block the block, then go and hit the neighbors
Spin again then come and get the paper
Everything I'm sayin' it be real talk
Rich Shotta, put me on that plug walk
Mota, mota, mota, that's that plug talk
I'm just doin' donuts in the traphouse
Run off with the bricks then dust my shirt off
Ain't no comin' back, dawg, that's your fault
Rolex all my watches
Polo all my tank tops (Okay)
Hit your bitch, I left my jeans on (Yeah)
She say my new shit her theme song (Okay)
Keep all my chains and I left my rings on (Yeah)
I've been doin' good, is you proud of me?
I done finally made it out of poverty
Got some [?] now with an apostrophe, yeah

A Boogie wit da Hoodie

Artist Julius Dubose (b. December 6, 1995), better known by the stage name A Boogie wit da Hoodie (or simply A Boogie) is an American rapper and singer from the Highbridge neighborhood of The Bronx.

The “A” in his name is short for his first name, “Boogie“ is a reference to his hometown, which is sometimes known as the Boogie Down Bronx, and “wit da Hoodie” simply comes from him constantly wearing hoodies.

A Boogie first rose to fame with the success of his underground hit “My Shit,” which was released on January 17, 2016. In February of that year, A Boogie released his debut mixtape, Artist. Then, in May, he and Don Q released Highbridge the The Takeover, Vol. 1, a collaborative mixtape.
