Songwriter: A Boogie wit da Hoodie

Lyrics from Snippet

[Verse]
Nananananana
Baby girl, lets start slow
I dont want to fuck up and get your heart broke
They dont want to me come up nigga i know
Come thru in a car u see in a car show
It goes so fast you can't drive slow
Stash Box somewhere by the car door
Used to know somebody know he John Doe
I know you feeling the melodies in my flow

It goes
Nananananana
Smoke coming out the window when we driveby
Overtime niggas ballin' lettin time fly
I hope you understand now
Being broke dat was never my plan now
She took a picture of me when I had my pants down
Now she throwin' everything on the gram now

Ha
Old hoes be so cold, so cold
Nigga tell me what I dont know bout it
Rose Gold before i spend this shit in snow

A Boogie wit da Hoodie

Artist Julius Dubose (b. December 6, 1995), better known by the stage name A Boogie wit da Hoodie (or simply A Boogie) is an American rapper and singer from the Highbridge neighborhood of The Bronx.

The “A” in his name is short for his first name, “Boogie“ is a reference to his hometown, which is sometimes known as the Boogie Down Bronx, and “wit da Hoodie” simply comes from him constantly wearing hoodies.

A Boogie first rose to fame with the success of his underground hit “My Shit,” which was released on January 17, 2016. In February of that year, A Boogie released his debut mixtape, Artist. Then, in May, he and Don Q released Highbridge the The Takeover, Vol. 1, a collaborative mixtape.
