I saw you 'cross the crowded room, you were lookin' my way
I don't believe in lady luck, or what the cards portray
But I could see your shining light, and I'm in disarray

Hold on to my, hold on to my heart - when it feels like it's fading
Hold on to my, hold on to my heart - you know I'll be waiting
All this crazyness, it keeps us apart
So hold on to my heart

Hold on to my, hold on to my heart - when it feels like it's fading
Hold on to my, hold on to my heart - you know I'll be waiting
All this crazyness, it keeps us apart
So hold on to my heart

I don't understand it, what is happening, what is happening
It's not the way we planned it, what is happening, take it away

I don't understand it, what is happening, what is happening
It's not the way we planned it, what is happening, so take it away

Hold on to my, hold on to my heart - when it feels like it's fading
Hold on to my, hold on to my heart - you know I'll be waiting
All this crazyness, it keeps us apart
So hold on to my heart
If I'm sleeping, don't wake me up, if I'm sleeping, leave me alone
If I'm sleeping, if I'm sleeping, why don't you leave me alone...

Bad Company

Bad Company was not only formed as a supergroup from members of Free (Paul Rodgers and Simon Kirke), Mott the Hoople (Mick Ralphs), and King Crimson (Boz Burrell), but also was immediately signed as the first act on Led Zeppelin’s new label, Swan Song.

So they had a charmed life, from the start. And they made good on everything it promised. They had so many hits we just don’t wanna type them all in with the fancy markup here, so just check them out for yourself, listed by popularity on this very page. Suffice it to say there are few hard blues-rock bands with more songs that hit the US charts.

Here’s one of them, Bad Company, by Bad Company, off the album Bad
