Songwriter: Belinda Carlisle Charlotte Caffey Thomas Caffey

She starts the day, paints on another happy face
Gets all dressed up to meet her friends at the usual place
All the the while she's longing
Just wants to belong

If you change the colour of your world
And you change the fears you hold inside
Will you find what you are looking for?
Change for you, not for me

Found everything, she wants that money can buy
But she is lost somewhere in between the lines
Ohhh inside she's crying
Her whole world is dying

If you change the colour of your world
And you change the fears you hold inside
Will you find what you are looking for?
Change for you, not for me

Change not for herself
For someone else
The way she walks
The way she talks
The way she smiles
What she believes
The way she breathes

If you change the colour of your world
And you change the fears you hold inside
Will you find what you are looking for?
Change for you, not for me

Change for you
Don't change for me
Change for you
Don't change for me
