[Verse 1]
I know it sounds funny
But I just can't stand the pain
Girl, I'm leaving you tomorrow
Seems to me girl
You know I've done all I can, oh yeah
You see I begged, stole, and I borrowed
Oh, ooh...

[Chorus]
That's why I'm easy, oh yes
Said I'm easy like Sunday morning
That's why I'm easy, yeah
I'm easy like Sunday morning

[Verse 2]
Why in the world would anybody put chains on me?
I've paid my dues to make it (Paid my dues to make it)
Everybody wants me to be
What they want me to be
I'm not happy when I try to fake it
Whoa, no, woo...

[Chorus]
That's why I'm easy
I'm easy like Sunday morning
That's why I'm easy
I'm easy like Sunday morning

[Bridge]
I wanna be high, so high
I wanna be free to know
The things I feel are right
I wanna be free
Oh, just me, oh baby, oh baby
Woo...

[Guitar solo]

Ooh...

[Chorus]
Ooh...that's why I'm easy
I'm easy like Sunday morning
That's why I'm easy
Easy like Sunday morning
Because I'm easy
Easy like Sunday morning
That's why I'm easy
Easy like Sunday morning
Oh, I'm easy, yeah
I'm easy like Sunday morning
That's why I'm easy, easy, ooh, like Sunday mornings
So easy, so easy, so easy
I'm easy, easy, ooh, like Sunday morning
So easy, so easy, so easy
I'm easy, yeah yeah yeah yeah, like Sunday morning
Ahh...ahh...morning

Boyz II Men

Boyz II Men is an R&B vocal quartet from Philadelphia who became the most successful pop group of the 1990s. They’re best known for their passionate ballads, including the number one hits “End of The Road,” “On Bended Knee,” and “I’ll Make Love To You.”

An early version of the group was founded by Nathan Morris in the mid 1980s while attending the Philadelphia High School for the Creative and Performing Arts, where he recruited students Wanya Morris, Shawn Stockman, and Michael McCary. Singer Marc Nelson was also an early member, but left the group before their big break.

The group—who took its name from New Edition’s song “Boys To Men”—was discovered in 1988 after auditioning for New Edition’s Michael Bivins backstage at a concert. Bivins signed the group to his management company and secured them a contract with Motown Records.
