[Verse 1]
You and I left alone, cannot be trusted
There's a lust we can't control
Slowly undress, chest to chest
And unless I say goodnight
I know we're only gonna go too far
'Cause I'm not quite ready for that next level
One kiss and that spells trouble (Trouble)

[Pre-Chorus]
You could talk me in
Talk me into it, if you wanted to
You could talk me in
Talk me into it, if you only knew
Yeah, I'm liking, I'm liking the way you do
What you do to me

[Chorus]
Ah, I don't wanna lose control
Control, control, control
But then again, ah
I think I wanna lose control
Control, control
Ain’t nothing wrong with a little bit of trouble
Trouble, trouble, trouble, trouble
Tro-uble, trouble, trouble, trouble
You and me, that equals trouble
Trouble, trouble, trouble, trouble
Tro-uble, trouble, trouble, trouble
Ain’t nothing wrong with a little bit of

[Verse 2]
I get down
I surprise you, don't you push me
Let me in your crib today
Next day, I'll snatch the goods away
You're not listening
Watch me now
'Cause I'm a good girl, but I can be bad
You're not quite there, you're not on my level
Trust me, for you, I'm trouble (Trouble)

[Pre-Chorus]
You could talk me in
Talk me into it, if you wanted to
You could talk me in
Talk me into it, if you only knew
Yeah, I'm liking, I'm liking the way you do
What you do to me

[Chorus]
Ah, I don't wanna lose control
Control, control, control
But then again, ah
I think I wanna lose control
Control, control
Ain’t nothing wrong with a little bit of trouble
Trouble, trouble, trouble, trouble
Tro-uble, trouble, trouble, trouble
You and me, that equals trouble
Trouble, trouble, trouble, trouble
Tro-uble, trouble, trouble, trouble
Ain’t nothing wrong with a little bit of

[Bridge]
This is a warning, I'm warning ya
You're taking too long (Too long)
Too long (Long)
Tryna play it laid back, and be cool
But boy, you're playing it wrong (Ooh-ooh)
Playing it wrong
Now, it's in your eyes (Eyes)
You're really, really (Really, really)
Looking like you wanna do something
Like, like you wanna do something (Do something)
Boy, you better get right (Right)
If you don't (Don't)
You're going to mess around and do something
You're going to mess around and do something, do something

[Chorus]
Ah, I don't wanna lose control
Control, control, control
But then again, ah
I think I wanna lose control
Control, control
Ain’t nothing wrong with a little bit of trouble
Trouble, trouble, trouble, trouble
Tro-uble, trouble, trouble, trouble
You and me, that equals trouble
Trouble, trouble, trouble, trouble
Tro-uble, trouble, trouble, trouble
Ain’t nothing wrong with a little bit of

Britney Spears

Britney Jean Spears (born December 2, 1981) is an American singer and actress. Born in McComb, Mississippi, and raised in Kentwood, Louisiana, she performed acting roles in stage productions and television shows as a child before signing with Jive Records in 1997.

Spears’s first and second studio albums, …Baby One More Time and Oops!… I Did It Again, became international successes, with the former becoming the best-selling album by a teenage solo artist. Title tracks “…Baby One More Time” and “Oops!… I Did It Again” broke international sales records, with the former reaching number one in every country it charted in. In 2001, Spears released her self-titled third studio album, Britney, and played the starring role in the film Crossroads (2002). She assumed creative control of her fourth studio album, In the Zone, which yielded the worldwide success of the single “Toxic.”

In 2007, Spears’s much-publicized personal issues sent her career into hiatus. Her fifth studio album, Blackout, was released later that year, and spawned hits such as “Gimme More” and “Piece of Me”.
