[Intro]
Hey... hey, hey, hey... oh, ooh!

[Verse 1]
Seems like only yesterday
We were happy in every way (happy)
You took my sunshine away
And left a cloudy day, and oh, 'cause

[Pre-Chorus]
Love is here and now you're gone
Without your love I can't go on
Oh, love is here and now you're gone
I need your love to carry on, ooh baby!

[Chorus]
Fighting in the name of love
Tryin' to win you back
I want your love and I need your love
Ooh-wee, baby
Fighting in the name of love
Tryin' to win your heart
I want your love and I need your love, ooh!

[Verse 2]
We had a love that out-shined
The stars at night (shining)
We had a winner, oh, and that's for sure
And ooh-wee, baby, but

[Pre-Chorus]
Love is here and now you're gone
Without your love I can't go on
Oh, love is here and now you're gone
I need your love to carry on, ooh!

[Chorus]
Fighting in the name of love
Tryin' to win you back
I want your love and I need your love
Ooh-wee, baby
Fighting in the name of love
Tryin' to win your heart
I want your love and I need your love

[Bridge]
Hey... oh... your love means everything to me, ooh baby, ow!

[Chorus]
Fighting in the name of love
Tryin' to win you back
I want your love and I need your love
Ooh-wee, baby
Fighting in the name of love
Tryin' to win your heart
I want your love and I need your love

[Outro]
(Fighting for your love) fighting, oh my Lord, I'm fighting
Every way, every day
(Fighting for your love) Fighting, oh my my my, fighting
Ooh, he-hey, ow! Fighting, baby...
(Fighting for your love) for... my baby, fighting
(Fighting for...)
