I've always wanted to make sweet love to you
Oh, babe, love to you
Make sweet love to you, sugar honey, child
I've always wanted to make sweet love to you
Oh girl, love to you, make sweet love to you

I don't care how you touch me, child
Anything you do
Drives me right out of my mind, girl
Oh, yeah, listen here
The least little thing that you do to me
It don't have to be much
But it makes me feel free
Goin' places with you, girl, yeah

I wanna let you know
I gotta let you know
I've been loving you for a long time
I wanna let you know
I gotta let you know

Girl, you've been so good to me
It's hard to explain this love pain
Ooh, the way you make me feel
Deep down inside
I don't believe the feelin' is real

You see, you are the best thing
That ever happened to me in my life
Yes, you are
I, I don't believe, no
There will ever be another girl
To take me quite as far

(I've been loving, I've been loving you)
I've been loving you for a long, long time
Now girl, girl, oh, sugar baby
(I've been loving, I've been loving you)
I've had my eyes on you for a while now child, yeah

I wanna let you know
I've gotta let you know
I've been loving you
I can't let you go
I wanna let you know
I've gotta let you know

(I've been loving, I've been loving you)
Baby, baby, yeah, sugar
(I've been loving, I've been loving you)
The way you move, groove
(I've been loving, I've been loving you)
Yeah, strut your stuff, yeah
I like the idea of the feeling of just you and me
(I've been loving, I've been loving you)
I've been peeping your hole
(I've been loving, I've been loving you)
And I like just what I see, sugar, yeah
(I've been loving, I've been loving you)
I've been loving you for a long time now
(I've been loving, I've been loving you)
I've been loving you, honey child
(I've been loving, I've been loving you)
I've been loving you...

Commodores

Commodores are an American funk/soul band, which was at its peak in the late 1970s through the mid 1980s. The members of the group met as mostly freshmen at Tuskegee Institute (now Tuskegee University) in 1968, and signed with Motown in November 1972, having first caught the public eye opening for The Jackson 5 while on tour.
