My baby, my baby, my own
Sweet little breath of Spring
You make my heart take wing
My baby, my baby, my own
How could your daddy leave us all alone

My baby, my baby, my life
Deep in my darkest night
You are my only light
My baby, my baby, my own
How could your daddy leave us all alone

My baby, my baby, my own
How could your daddy leave us alone
