[Intro: Patrick Stump]
Until your breathing stops, stops, stops
Until your breathing stops, stops, stops
Until your-your-your-your-your
Forever, forever

[Verse 1: Patrick Stump]
I need more dreams and less life
I need that dark in a little more light
I cried tears you'll never see
So fuck you, you can go cry me an ocean, and leave me be

[Pre-Chorus: Patrick Stump]
You are what you love, not who loves you
In a world full of the word 'yes', I'm here to scream

[Chorus: Patrick Stump]
No, no (no, no)
Wherever I go, go (go, go)
Trouble seems to follow
I only plugged in to save rock and roll (forever, forever)
No, no (no, no), wherever I go, go (go, go)
Trouble seems to follow
Only plugged in to save rock and roll (forever, forever)

[Post-Chorus: Patrick Stump]
Until your breathing stops, stops, stops
Until your breathing stops, stops, stops
Until your-your-your-your-your
Forever, forever

[Verse 2: Elton John & Patrick Stump]
Blood brothers in desperation
An oath of silence for the voice of a generation
Whoa! How'd it get to be only me?
Like I'm the last damn kid still kicking that still believes

[Pre-Chorus: Elton John & Patrick Stump]
I will defend the faith going down swinging
I will save the songs, the songs that we can't stop singing

[Chorus: Elton John & Patrick Stump]
No, no (no, no)
Wherever I go, go (go, go)
Trouble seems to follow
I only plugged in to save rock and roll (forever, forever)
No, no (no, no), wherever I go, go (go, go)
Trouble seems to follow
Only plugged in to save rock and roll (forever, forever)

[Bridge: Elton John & Patrick Stump & Both ]
Oh no, we won't go
'Cause we don't know when to quit, oh oh
Oh no, we won't go
'Cause we don't know how to quit, no, no
Oh no, we won't go
(Until your breathing stops, stops, stops)
'Cause we don't know when to quit, oh oh
(Until your breathing stops, stops, stops)
Oh no, we won't go
(Until your-your-your-your-your)
'Cause we don't know how to quit, no, no
(Forever, forever)

[Pre-Chorus: Elton John]
You are what you love, not who loves you
In a world full of the word 'yes', I'm here to scream...

[Chorus: Elton John & Patrick Stump]
No, no (no, no)
Wherever I go, go (go, go)
Trouble seems to follow
I only plugged in to save rock and roll (forever, forever)
No, no (no, no), wherever I go, go (go, go)
Trouble seems to follow
Only plugged in to save rock and roll (forever, forever)

[Outro: Patrick Stump & Elton John]
Oh no, we won't go
'Cause we don't know when to quit, oh oh
Oh no, we won't go
'Cause we don't know when to quit, oh oh
Oh no, we won't go
(No, no)
'Cause we don't know when to quit, oh oh
(Wherever I go, go)
Oh no, we won't go
(Trouble seems to follow)
'Cause we don't know when to quit, oh oh
(I only plugged in to save rock and roll)
Oh no, we won't go
(No, no)
'Cause we don't know when to quit, oh oh
(Wherever I go, go)
Oh no, we won't go
(Trouble seems to follow)
'Cause we don't know when to quit, oh oh
(Only plugged in to save rock and roll...)

Fall Out Boy

Fall Out Boy is an American rock band hailing from Wilmette, Illinois. The band was formed in 2001 by Pete Wentz, who supplies bass and lyrics to the band, and guitarist Joe Trohman, who both used to be part of metalcore band Arma Angelus. Trohman later recruited vocalist Patrick Stump, who initially tried out as the band’s drummer, after meeting him in a bookstore. After the release of Project Rocket/Fall Out Boy, a split EP with Project Rocket. It was recorded without current drummer Andy Hurley due to him being disinterested in the project; Hurley later joined in 2003 as a replacement touring drummer.

Fueled By Ramen, who were a small independent label at the time, personally called Fall Out Boy to ask them to record a full-length record after hearing one of their demos online. This album became their 2003 debut, Take This To Your Grave, and was a tipping point between the band’s underground success to success in the mainstream. It was the band’s last album to feature Stump as the lead lyricist.

The band’s 2004 acoustic EP, My Heart Will Always Be the B-Side to My Tongue, became their first charting release and gave fans a taste of what to expect on their sophomore album From Under The Cork Tree. The album creation was set back in February 2005 after Wentz’s suicide attempt, which influenced songs such as “7 Minutes In Heaven (Atavan Halen).” The album was released in May 2005 through Island Records, featuring guest vocals from William Beckett of The Academy Is… and Brendon Urie of Panic! At The Disco.
