[Verse 1]
Oh misery, come marshal me in
No better place for me to begin
I'm coming in from out of this rain
The time has come to wash you away

[Pre-Chorus]
The lovers are ridin' again
The lovers are ridin' again
Oh gather 'round, sing your sins
Amen

[Chorus]
My time has come once and for all
My time has come, this means war

[Verse 2]
Oh, bring to me your broken and blue
No matter if it matters to you
A longin' like never before
I've had enough, now I need more

[Pre-Chorus]

[Chorus 2x]

[Break-Down]
Hey, forgive me, debility
I'll sing you all my sins

[Chorus 2x]

[Outro]
My time has come, this means war
My time has come, this means war
My time has come, this means war
My time has come, this means war

The lovers are ridin' again
The lovers are ridin' again
The lovers are ridin' again
The lovers are ridin' again

Foo Fighters

Foo Fighters are an American rock band formed in 1995 by former Nirvana drummer Dave Grohl. Originally a solo project by him to overcome the grief of Kurt Cobain’s death, Grohl attracted label interest with his inaugural demo tape.

According to Dave Grohl, the band is named after the UFOs that were reported by Allied aircraft pilots in World War II.

I was reading a lot of books on UFOs. Not only is it a fascinating subject, but there’s a treasure trove of band names in those UFO books! So, since I had recorded the first record by myself, playing all the instruments, but I wanted people to think that it was a group, I figured that FOO FIGHTERS might lead people to believe that it was more than just one guy. Silly, huh?
