Is this how it feels?
It hurts me, it hurts me
And so, is this how you leave us?
It tears me, it tears me
And so, is this how life breaks me
Without you, without you?
And so

Is this how it ends?
So quiet, so quiet
And so, is this how pain finds us?
So helpless, so helpless
And so, is this how love breaks me
By taking, by taking you?

When I hear you, I remember
And it breaks me again
When I see you, I remember
And it breaks me again
When I'm sleeping, I remember
And it breaks me again
When I'm breathing, I remember
And it breaks me again

Is this all life is
Just waiting for sorrow?
And is sorrow to remind us
That life is a moment in time?
But how I have loved you
And love is all life needs to be

When I hear you, I remember
And it breaks me again
When I see you, I remember
And it breaks me again
When I'm sleeping, I remember
And it breaks me again
When I'm breathing, I remember
And it breaks me again
