[Instrumental Intro]

[Verse 1]
Your daddy works in porno, now that mommy's not around
She used to love her heroin, but now she's underground
So, you stay out late at night and you do your coke for free
Drivin' your friends crazy with your life's insanity

[Chorus]
Well, well, well, you just can't tell
Well, well, well, my Michelle
Look out

[Verse 2]
Sowin all your wild oats in another's luxuries
Yesterday was Tuesday, maybe Thursday you can sleep
But school starts much too early and this hotel wasn't free
So party 'til your connection calls, honey, I'll return the key

[Chorus]
Well, well, well, you just can't tell
Well, well, well, my Michelle
Well, well, well, you never can tell
Well, well, well, my Michelle

[Bridge]
Everyone needs love
You know that it's true
Someday you'll find someone that'll fall in love with you
But, oh, the time it takes
When you're all alone
Someday you'll find someone that you can call your own
But 'til then ya better!

[Guitar Solo]

[Verse 3]
Now you're clean and so discreet I won't say a word
But most of all this song is true, case you haven't heard
So c'mon and stop your cryin', 'cause we both know money burns
Honey don't stop tryin' an' you'll get what you deserve

[Chorus]
Well, well, well, you just can't tell
Well, well, well, my Michelle
Well, well, well, you never can tell
Well, well, well, my Michelle

[Outro]
My my my Michelle
My my my Michelle
My my my Michelle
Michelle

Guns N’ Roses

Guns N' Roses was the most dangerous band in the world in the late 80s and early 90s. Led by singer Axl Rose and stylish guitarist Slash, they mixed the passion of blues, the heaviness of rock, and the attitude of punk, bringing forth a breath of fresh air to a music scene dominated by cheesy hair metal bands.

Their debut album, Appetite for Destruction, is the best selling debut of all-time. They outsold a headlining Aerosmith on their first major tour, released two double albums (Use Your Illusion I & II) simultaneously, and soon would play to audiences in excesses of 20,000 people.

However, cracks started forming in the band, as classic era drummer Steven Adler was fired from the band before the “Use Your Illusion” releases and founding rhythm guitarist Izzy Stradlin left abruptly during the ensuing tour. They were replaced by Matt Sorum and Gilby Clarke, respectively, with keyboardist Dizzy Reed joining the band and expanding the group’s sound.
