[Verse 1]
We're about to throw it down
I'm going to show you how
Take off that ball and chain
Turn off your weekday brain
We're going to give you proof
It's time to let it loose
I've been approved to say
It's time to play

[Chorus]
Get down
Show me what you can do
Let go
Of what is stopping you
Get back
To what it's all about
Let me hear you sing
Let me hear you scream
Freak out

[Verse 2]
I don't want to bust your chops
I want to give you props
Because the way you strut your stuff
It makes my evening rough
It's time to liberate
It's time to set things straight
I want to hear you say
It's time to play

[Chorus]
Get down
Show me what you can do
Let go
Of what is stopping you
Get back
To what it's all about
Let me hear you sing
Let me hear you scream
Freak out

[Breakdown]
It's a groove you can't resist
My feet can attest to this
It's a groove you can't resist
My feet can attest to this
It's a groove you can't resist
My feet can attest to this
It's a groove you can't resist
Watch me as I
Get down
Freak Out

[Chorus x2]
Get down
Show me what you can do
Let go
Of what is stopping you
Get back
To what it's all about
Let me hear you sing
Let me hear you scream
Freak out

Show me what you can do
Let go
Of what is stopping you
Get back
To what it's all about
Let me hear you sing
Let me hear you scream
Freak out

With 20+ years under their belts as a band, brothers Isaac, Taylor, and Zac Hanson have definitely made their mark! Five years building a fanbase as an independent band led to a meteoric rise in 1997 as they released their first commercial single, “MMMBop,” from their debut album Middle of Nowhere. The catchy, bubblegum pop appeal of the song helped make the band a household name.

A long line of hits and studio albums, multiple Grammy nominations and over 16 million album sales worldwide followed.

The band now runs an independent label while maintaining a “coveted connection with their global fanbase.”
