[Intro]
This is sick
Attention, it's time to dance

[Chorus]
Work it like you're working a pole
Shake it 'til you're shaking the floor
Pop it like you're popping a cork
Don't stop, don't stop
Jerk it like you're making it choke (like that)
Break it like you're breaking a code (like that)
Drop it 'til you're taking it lower (like that)
Drop it, drop it

[Verse 1]
This is serious
I'm delirious (c'mon)
So oblivious
I could dance all night (with you)
As long as it's funky (funky, funky)
This rhythm just makes me high
I'm like a junkie
I could dance all night

[Chorus]
Work it like you're working a pole
Shake it 'til you're shaking the floor
Pop it like you're popping a cork
Don't stop, don't stop
Jerk it like you're making it choke (like that)
Break it like you're breaking a code (like that)
Drop it 'til you're taking it lower (like that)
I could dance all night

[Refrain]
(Like that)
(Like that)
(Like that)
Don't stop, don't stop

[Verse 2]
So intoxicated
I'm so stimulated
Feel so X-Rated
I could dance all night
As long as it's funky (funky, funky)
This rhythm just makes me high
I'm like a junkie
I could dance all night

[Chorus]
Work it like you're working a pole

[Bridge]
Everybody on the floor (let's go)
Let's get hardcore (get low)
Make my sweat pour (oh, no)
Don't stop (give me some more)
Ooh, my body's yours (spank that)
Spank that back door (like that)
Drive me like a Porsche (ooh, yeah)
I could dance all night
Can we take this party higher? (c'mon, yeah)
Now just put your hands to the sky and (c'mon, yeah)
Clap it up, clap it up
Don't stop, don't stop
I could dance all night

[Chorus]
Work it like you're working a pole
Shake it 'til you're shaking the floor

Janet Jackson

Janet Damita Jo Jackson is an iconic R&B/pop artist who has sold over 100 million records worldwide and has amassed a number of awards in her illustrious music career.

Born in Gary, Indiana on May 16, 1966, Janet is the youngest of the Jackson family, who rose to prominence a few years after her birth when they signed with Motown Records. Janet joined the family business when she appeared on The Jacksons variety show in 1976, leading to her role as Penny Gordon in Season 5 of the CBS sitcom Good Times. She released two overlooked albums in the early 1980s—Janet Jackson (1982) and Dream Street (1984)—and continued to act during this time, appearing in Diff'rent Strokes and Fame.

The legend of Janet was created after she connected with the legendary Minneapolis production duo Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis to work on her seminal third album, Control. Control and her following album, 1989’s Rhythm Nation 1814, featured several #1 pop hits and made her a worldwide superstar. The trio would go on work on Janet’s subsequent hit albums, including janet., The Velvet Rope, as well as her 2015 comeback album, Unbreakable.
