(Grade A, grade A, grade A, grade A, grade A)
Yeah, uh, uh

[Verse 1: JID]
She pretty as a diamond but I ain't tryna buy her
Fly little youngin, get whatever she require
She know that I require diansese to be flyer
The any kind of girl, who's buying from my supplier
I investigated hardness, little bit MacGyver
If her pussy is the ocean, I'm the deep sea diver
So uh, she is flyer than the any guy's girl but shit she with me
Frequently freaking me
And it seems when we together, she don't be discreet about it
People see us in public and begin to tweet about it
Paparazzi speak about it
And shorty we are big
And the world is our playground, which island do you pick
Are you dying to sit, sit
While I puff on this piff in my whip
Uh, you're opinion shit
Your European trousers cost me ten thousand
Had to levy a steak in my brother's store smiling

[Chorus: Jordan Johnson, JID]
I won't stop when I see you
Maybe we should slow up, maybe we act grown up
Got me wondering like is it through
I won't let it be true, 'cause if you feeling me too
And I wanna do right by you
Yeah maybe I do, but it's not the time
It's going over me
Shorty, right now is not the time
Shorty, right now is not the time
Shorty, right now is not the time
(Grade A, grade A, grade A, grade A, grade A)

[Verse 2: JID]
I love it in your life, if you did me baby
Stay close before, never sweat me baby
Do things so you never gon' forget me baby
Have you sprung since the first time that you met me baby
Uh, give me your number and we can keep in touch
But I don't want to look for you
All this rush, it's like if everything in line
Between love and lust
Whether it's either or, me and her gon' be touching
Smelling like Burberry, fucking on Versace
Day 26, goddamn it, she got me
I tried to fight it, she reminded me of Rocky
'Cause everytime I see her, my heart start knocking
We took off like a rocket
I gave a bitch a locket
That said, "You can have it all but don't go in my pockets"
Nah, no profit for you my boo
I ain't pay you to fuck, that's what you supposed to do

[Chorus: Jordan Johnson, JID]
I won't stop when I see you
Maybe we should slow up, maybe we act grown up
Got me wondering like is it through
I won't let it be true, 'cause if you feeling me too
And I wanna do right by you
Yeah maybe I do, but it's not the time
It's going over me
Shorty, right now is not the time
Shorty, right now is not the time
Shorty, right now is not the time

J.I.D

Destin Choice Route (b. October 31, 1990), better known by the stage name J.I.D, is an American rapper from Zone 6, Atlanta, Georgia. He describes himself as “a soft-spoken but intricate lyricist with a cocky side.” His stage name originates from “jittery,” his grandmother’s nickname for him due to his sporadic behavior as a child.

J.I.D began attending Hampton University on a football scholarship in the fall of 2008. At that time, he was nicknamed ‘Jidd’ and released music under multiple variations of that name. His first mixtape, CakeWalk, was released in May 2010 and featured a number of friends from Hampton. The tape also marked two of his earliest collaborations with EARTHGANG. He released his second mixtape, CakeWalk 2, in June 2011. J.I.D was expelled from Hampton at some point during his senior year. Route of Evil was released in June 2012 as J.I.D’s third mixtape. DJ Tay James, Justin Bieber’s official DJ, hosted each of these three mixtapes. J.I.D does not publicly acknowledge any of these tapes, and they are not easily discoverable on the internet.

In October 2013, J.I.D released Para Tu, his fourth mixtape. Around this time, he also officially created the Spillage Village collective with EARTHGANG, Hollywood JB, and JordxnBryant. J.I.D re-released Para Tu on SoundCloud in December 2017 after fans had discovered it and were posting it online.
