[Verse 1]
I ask myself, "Is this shit real?"
I contemplate 'bout how I feel
But you make it way too hard to think
That this could be what true love is

[Pre-Chorus]
I don't want wait another minute for ya
Oh, you got me falling from the ceiling for ya
Knew right from the start there was no limit to ya
And I'm catching feelings, baby

[Chorus]
You give me feels and I
Know that it, know that it, know that it's real
You give me, you give me feels
You give me feels and I
Know that it, know that it, know that it's real
You give me, you give me feels

[Verse 2]
It took a lot of hard shit just to learn
How not to break down and stop, baby
No matter what I seen in the past
I won't let it impact how we grow now, baby
I can't let it slip away or drift away
Can't go to waste, go to waste, uh
I say it straight, straight to your face
Won't contemplate, yeah, contemplate that, baby

[Pre-Chorus]
I don't want wait another minute for ya (No no)
Oh, you got me falling from the ceiling for ya (Oh yeah)
Knew right from the start there was no limit for me
And I'm catching feelings, baby

[Chorus]
You give me feels and I (You give)
Know that it, know that it, know that it's real (That it's real)
You give me, you give me feels (Feels)
You give me feels and I
Know that it, know that it, know that it's real
You give me, you give me feels (Oh)

[Bridge]
You give me feels (You give me feels)
You give me feels, you give me feels (Feels)
You give me feels (You, you, you, you, you, you, uh)
You give me feels, you give me feels (Feels)

[Chorus]
You give me feels and I (Oh)
Know that it, know that it, know that it's real (That it's real)
You give me, you give me feels
You give me feels and I
Know that it, know that it, know that it's real (Know that it's real)
You give me, you give me feels (Oh)
You give me feels

Kehlani

Oakland R&B singer Kehlani Parrish, better known as just Kehlani, first found fame on America’s Got Talent in 2011. Her group Poplyfe reached the final, losing to Landau Murphy.

Kehlani left Poplyfe after the show, but her solo career stalled for contractual reasons. She finally released her début solo project, Cloud 19, in 2014. A breezy, poppy mixtape, Cloud 19 flew largely under the radar, although Complex described it as “outstanding.”

2015 was Kehlani’s break-out year. Her sophomore mixtape, You Should Be Here, featured Chance The Rapper and BJ The Chicago Kid. It earned her national attention and even a Grammy nomination for Best Urban Contemporary, although it ultimately lost out to Beauty Behind the Madness by The Weeknd.
