Well, I just finished this letter and
I hope it finds you in good health, in love, so

Hello my love, I'm feeling fine, how are you?
Every minute seems eternal but I'll stay true
What I'm going through over you, thinking of you
Been just a week since you've been gone, miss you dearly
True love they say is healing, need you near me
What I'm going through over you

I can't wait to hold you, see morning in your eyes
Can't wait to love you in loveless paradise
So I send you love by name, sealed with a kiss
Love letter, be the blame

Love affair
Love affair
Girl, I love you
I love you

Love's holiday played the part, we grew stronger
We will always win its lovely hunger
What I'm going through over you, thinking of you
I hope your trip was easy, trouble-free
So hurry home, my angel, home to me
What I'm going through over you

I can't wait to hold you, see morning in your eyes
Can't wait to love you in loveless paradise
So I send my love by name, sealed with a kiss, baby
Love letter, be the blame

Love affair
Love affair
Girl, I love you
I love you

You and me, forever angel
You and me, love affair
You and me together forever
Love dreams

Kool & the Gang

Kool & the Gang is an American jazz, R&B, soul, funk, and disco group from Jersey City. They were originally named the Jazziacs when they formed the group in 1964.

They went through several musical phases during their recording career, starting out with a purist jazz sound, then funk and R&B, progressing to a smooth pop-funk ensemble, and in the post-millennium creating music with a modern, electro-pop sound.

The group was becoming prominent in the music industry in the 1970s with hits such as “Holly Wood Swinging”, “Jungle Boogie” and “Summer Madness”. However they cemented their legendary status after the addition of lead vocalist James “J.T.” Taylor. With his help they went on to create classic hits such as “Ladies Night”, “Celebration”, “Get Down On It”, “Cherish” and countless others.
