[Intro: Chester Bennington and Mike Shinoda]
God bless us everyone
We're a broken people living under loaded gun
God bless us everyone
We're a broken people living under loaded gun
God bless us everyone
We're a broken people living under loaded gun

[Verse 1: Killer Reese One]
I am King Reese One, I do not back down
See the scars on my head? Boy, I earn that crown
I've been stabbed, I've been shot, I've been stomped the fuck out
I lost pieces of my soul representing this house
Ask anybody that can walk through y'all with your folks
They tell you I go gorilla, "that nigga is no joke"
So win, lose, or draw, this is where I stand
And if I got to see my end, I'm going out like the man

[Chorus: Mike Shinoda]
God bless us everyone
We're a broken people living under loaded gun
And it can't be outfought
It can't be outdone
It can't be outmatched
It can't be outrun, no!
God bless us everyone
We're a broken people living under loaded gun
And it can't be outfought
It can't be outdone
It can't be outmatched
It can't be outrun

[Verse 2: Killer Reese One]
I think I hear 'em coming
Grab my burners out the basement, get my baby and my woman
Send them out the back, put on my bulletproof
Tell the homies we got action and I head up to the roof
I will not go alive, I ain't cut like that
I am Killer Tony, son, I go nuts like that
Wildman, Shaka Zulu, ridin' for the cause
And God bless the one that is second the draw

[Chorus: Mike Shinoda]
God bless us everyone
We're a broken people living under loaded gun
And it can't be outfought
It can't be outdone
It can't be outmatched
It can't be outrun, no!
God bless us everyone
We're a broken people living under loaded gun
And it can't be outfought
It can't be outdone
It can't be outmatched
It can't be outrun

[Bridge: Chester Bennington]
Lift me up, let me go
Lift me up, let me go
Lift me up, let me go
Lift me up, let me go

[Chorus: Mike Shinoda]
God bless us everyone
We're a broken people living under loaded gun
And it can't be outfought
It can't be outdone
It can't be outmatched
It can't be outrun, no!
God bless us everyone
We're a broken people living under loaded gun
And it can't be outfought
It can't be outdone
It can't be outmatched
It can't be outrun, no!
God bless us everyone
We're a broken people living under loaded gun
And it can't be outfought
It can't be outdone
It can't be outmatched
It can't be outrun, no!
God bless us everyone
We're a broken people living under loaded gun
And it can't be outfought
It can't be outdone
It can't be outmatched
It can't be outrun

[Outro: Chester Bennington]
God save us everyone
Will we burn inside the fires of a thousand suns?

Linkin Park

Hybrid Theory isn’t just the title of Linkin Park’s chart-topping debut album, but a career mission statement.

From day one, the same six players (lead vocalist Chester Bennington, drummer/percussionist Rob Bourdon, guitarist Brad Delson, bassist Dave ‘Phoenix’ Farrell, DJ/Programmer Joe Hahn, and keyboardist, guitarist, and co-lead vocals Mike Shinoda) built the band by fusing all their favorite styles of music into one unmistakable signature sound. With each album, Linkin Park defiantly challenges themselves and their fans by blasting into new musical territory. After setting the template for rock that incorporated hip-hop influences with Hybrid Theory and Meteora, they shifted gears completely and defied expectations with the polychromatic Minutes to Midnight, and again with the esoteric A Thousand Suns, before melding a piece of them all into 2012’s LIVING THINGS. With their 2014 release and heaviest offering in years, The Hunting Party, Linkin Park manage to capture their ever-innovative spirit with a hunger seldom seen in bands on their seventh album. One More Light (2017) is an interesting personal album, filled with a lot of emotion.

Unfortunately, on July 20, 2017, Chester unexpectedly died by suicide, shocking and saddening both fans and his own band members alike.
