[Verse 1]
When our lips touched that morning
I was gone, game over
Held you tight, a fleeting moment
That left me far from sober

[Pre-Chorus 1]
So I left that played out mess behind
All that sadness and distress of mine
And we found ourselves suspended there
Hovering above the roof mid air

[Chorus]
This ain't no usual play
More like we're skydiving
You and me
Floating on intimacy
This ain't no one night thing
Eternal, skydiving
You got me lifted, baby
Our love feels like we're skydiving

[Chorus]
This ain't no usual play
More like we're skydiving
You and me
Floating on intimacy
This ain't no one night thing
Eternal, skydiving
You got me lifted baby
Our love feels like we're skydiving

[Verse 2]
So they say you got some chick
That keeps you warm at night along for the ride but
If you ask me, that's bullshit
Because obviously, Heaven sent you for me

[Pre-Chorus 2]
See, they never told me about love or life
But I'm learning each moment we fly
Where we land is of no consequence
We're in tandem, it's beyond intense

[Chorus]
This ain't no usual play
More like we're skydiving
You and me
Floating on intimacy
This ain't no one night thing
Eternal, skydiving
You got me lifted, baby
Our love feels like we're skydiving
This ain't no usual play
More like we're skydiving
You and me
Floating on intimacy
This ain't no, one night thing
Eternal, skydiving (Eternal)
You got me lifted, baby
Our love feels like we're skydiving

[Bridge]
Lifted, baby
You got me lifted, baby
You got me lifted, baby
You got me lifted, baby
All I really want is your intimacy

[Outro]
This ain't no usual play
More like we're skydiving
This ain't no one night thing
Eternal, skydiving
All I really want is your intimacy

Mariah Carey

Mariah Carey (born March 27, 1970) is an American singer, songwriter, record producer, actress, and philanthropist.

Under the guidance of Columbia Records executive Tommy Mottola, Carey released her self-titled debut studio album Mariah Carey in 1990; it went multi-platinum and spawned four consecutive number one singles on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 chart.

Following her marriage to Mottola in 1993 and success with hit records “Emotions” (1991), “Music Box” (1993), and “Merry Christmas” (1994), Carey was established as Columbia’s highest-selling act. Daydream (1995) made music history when its second single “One Sweet Day”, a duet with Boyz II Men, spent a record sixteen weeks on top of the Billboard Hot 100, and remains the longest-running number-one song in U.S. chart history, along with Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee’s “Despacito.” During the recording of the album, Carey began to deviate from her R&B and pop beginnings and slowly traversed into hip hop. This musical change became evident with the release of Butterfly (1997), at which time Carey had separated from Mottola.
