[Intro]
Just Blaze
Yeah

[Verse 1]
I can't help it when I’m not around you (Boy)
'Cause all I ever seem to do is drift away in dreams about you
'Cause when I’m without you (Boy)
It always seems like part of me is missing, baby

[Pre-Chorus]
Sometimes I don't call, like I don't care at all
But secretly, you're the only thing
That lifts me up and makes me smile
When I'm unhappy, all you gotta do is call
And suddenly, things don't really (Boy, boy, boy, boy)
Seem so bad at all

[Chorus]
(Boy) I need you (Boy), adore you (Boy)
I gotta have you (Uh, boy)
I wanna feel your touch, this ain't no little crush
So come and get my love, baby, anything you want
Feeling you (Boy), fiending for you (Boy)
Just waiting on you (Boy), when I see you (Uh, boy)
I'm gonna wrap you up inside my love
And never let you go, boy
Never lеt you go, boy (Boy, boy, boy, boy)

[Verse 2]
My heart races when my Motorola beeps or my cеll rings
I just make a wish, and if it’s you, my whole day changes
’Cause when I know you're thinking of me (Boy)
Heaven knows (Boy, boy, boy, boy)
Suddenly, it’s not so dismal, baby

[Pre-Chorus]
Sometimes I don't call, like I don't care at all
But secretly, you're the only thing
That lifts me up and makes me smile
When I’m (Boy) unhappy (Oh boy), all you gotta do is call
And suddenly, things don't really seem so bad at all
(Boy, boy, boy, boy)

[Chorus]
(Boy) I need you (Boy), adore you (Boy)
I gotta have you (Uh, boy)
I wanna feel your touch, this ain't no little crush
So come and get my love, baby, anything you want
(Come and get my love)
Feeling you (Boy), fiending for you (Boy)
Just waiting on you (Boy), when I see you (Uh, boy)
I'm gonna wrap you up inside my love
And never let you go, boy
Never let you go, boy (Boy, boy, boy, boy)

[Bridge]
I (Boy)
Need (Boy)
You (Oh boy)
I wanna feel your touch
So come and get my love (Boy)
I (Boy)
Need (Boy)
You (Oh boy)
I'm gonna wrap you up
And never let you go, boy
Never let you go, boy

[Outro]
Baby, I need you

Mariah Carey

Mariah Carey (born March 27, 1970) is an American singer, songwriter, record producer, actress, and philanthropist.

Under the guidance of Columbia Records executive Tommy Mottola, Carey released her self-titled debut studio album Mariah Carey in 1990; it went multi-platinum and spawned four consecutive number one singles on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 chart.

Following her marriage to Mottola in 1993 and success with hit records “Emotions” (1991), “Music Box” (1993), and “Merry Christmas” (1994), Carey was established as Columbia’s highest-selling act. Daydream (1995) made music history when its second single “One Sweet Day”, a duet with Boyz II Men, spent a record sixteen weeks on top of the Billboard Hot 100, and remains the longest-running number-one song in U.S. chart history, along with Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee’s “Despacito.” During the recording of the album, Carey began to deviate from her R&B and pop beginnings and slowly traversed into hip hop. This musical change became evident with the release of Butterfly (1997), at which time Carey had separated from Mottola.
