[Intro]
Keep movin', keep movin', keep movin', keep movin'
Keep movin' on higher ground
Keep movin' together
Keep movin'
Keep movin' together
Keep movin' on higher ground
Keep movin' together
Keep movin'
Keep movin' together
Keep movin' on higher ground

[Verse 1]
He got kicked in the back
He say that he needed that
He hot wheeled in the place
Keep daring to motivate
He say one day you will see
His place in world history
He dares to be recognized
The fire's deep in his eyes

[Pre-Chorus]
How many victims must there be
Slaughtered in vain across the land?
And how many struggles must there be
Before we choose to live the prophet's plan?
Everybody sing

[Chorus]
Every day create your history
Every path you take you're leaving your legacy
Every soldier dies in his glory
Every legend tells of conquest and liberty

[Post-Chorus]
Keep movin'
Keep movin'

[Verse 2]
Don't let no one get you down
Keep moving on higher ground
Keep flying until
You are the king of the hill
No force of nature can break
Your will to self-motivate
She say this face that you see
Is destined for history

[Pre-Chorus]
How many people have to cry
The song of pain and grief across the land?
And how many children have to die
Before we stand to lend a healing hand?
Everybody sing

[Chorus]
Every day create your history
Every path you take you're leaving your legacy
Every soldier dies in his glory
Every legend tells of conquest and liberty
Every day create your history
Every page you turn you're writing your legacy
Every hero dreams of chivalry
Every child should sing together in harmony

[Bridge]
Keep movin'
Keep movin'
Keep movin', keep, keep movin'
Keep movin' together
Keep movin'
Keep movin' together
Keep movin' on higher ground
Keep movin' together
Keep movin'
Keep movin' together
Keep movin' on higher ground
Keep movin' together
Keep movin'
Keep movin' together
Keep movin' on higher ground
Keep movin' together
Keep movin'
Keep movin' together
Keep movin' on higher ground

[Verse 1 repeated]
He got kicked in the back
He say that he needed that
He hot wheeled in the place
Keep daring to motivate
He say one day you will see
His place in world history
He dares to be recognized
The fire's deep in his eyes

[Bridge]
Every day, every day, every day, every day
Every day, every day, every day, every day
Every day, every day, every day, every day

Keep movin' together
Keep movin', keep movin'
Keep movin' together
Keep movin' on higher ground
Keep movin' together
Keep movin', keep movin'
Keep movin' together
Keep movin' on higher ground
Keep movin', keep movin', keep movin', keep movin'
Keep movin', keep movin' on higher ground
Keep movin', keep movin', keep movin', keep movin'
Keep movin', keep movin' on higher ground

[Pre-Chorus]
How many victims must there be
Slaughtered in vain across the land?
And how many children must we see
Before we learn to live as brothers
And be a family? Oh

[Chorus]
Every day create your history
(History)
Every path you take you're leaving your legacy
(Legacy)
Every soldier dies in his glory
(His glory)
Every legend tells of conquest and liberty
(And liberty now)
Every day create your history
(History)
Every page you turn you're writing your legacy
(Legacy)
Every hero dreams of chivalry
(All around the world they sing)
Every child should sing together in harmony
(Yeah yeah)

[Outro]
Together, together, don't stop
A soldier dies
A mother cries
The promised child shines in a baby's eyes
All nations sing
Let's harmonize all around the world

Michael Jackson

Michael Jackson was born on August 29, 1958, in Gary, Indiana. Jackson began his career when he was seven years old as the lead singer of the Jackson 5, breaking into stardom in 1969 after signing into Motown. The Jackson 5’s first four singles all peaked at number one on the Billboard 100, and soon after Michael pursued a solo career.

His breakthrough fifth album, 1979’s Off The Wall produced four top ten hits (including “Don’t Stop ‘Til You Get Enough”) and sold 20 million copies, establishing him as a household name. The album was followed with 1982’s Thriller, which became the best selling album of all time, and was the first album to feature seven top 10 singles, including “Billie Jean” and “Beat It.”

In 1985, Michael contributed to the collaboration single “We Are The World”, which remains one of the best-selling singles of all time and raised nearly $65 million for famine relief.
