[Verse 1]
This time around I'll never get bit
Though you really wanna fix me
This time around you're making me sick
Though you really wanna get me
Somebody's out, somebody's out to get me
They really wanna fix me, hit me
But this time around I'm taking no shit
Though you really wanna get me, you really wanna get me

[Chorus]
He really thought he really had a hold on me
He really thought, they thought they really had control of me
He really thought he really had a hold on mе
He really thought, they thought thеy really had control of me

[Verse 2]
This time around, not gonna get bit
Though you really wanna get me
But this time around I'm taking no shit
Though you really wanna fix me
Somebody's out, somebody's out to use me
They really want to use me, then falsely accuse me
This time around don't treat me like spit
Though you really can't control me, you know you can't control me

[Chorus]
He really thought he really had a hold on me
He really thought, they thought they really had control of me
He really thought he really had a hold on me
He really thought, they thought they really had control of me
He really thought he really had a hold on me
He really thought, they thought they really had control of me
He really thought he really had a hold on me
He really thought, they thought they really had control of me

[Bridge]
This time around, yeah

Get me, and fix me, they really tried to get me
And use me, accuse me, nobody will abuse me (Control this)
Diss me, and shake me, nobody's gonna fake me
Guilt me, and deal with me, I like the way you thrill me
Hoo, ah, this time around, yeah
And use me, accuse me, nobody will abuse me
And fix me, and wish me, nobody's gonna diss me, hoo

This time around, this time around
This time around, this time around
This time around, this time around
This time around, this time around
Hate me, and take me, nobody's gonna fake me
This time around, this time around
This time around, this time around
Watch me, I love the way you rock me, hoo, ho
He really, control of me
He really, they thought they really tried to get me
Ah, this time around, yeah, hoo
He really
He really thought, he really
And use me, and sue me, and then falsely accuse me

[Chorus]
He really thought he really had a hold on me
(Fix me, and hit me)
He really thought he really had control of me
(And lied then tried to diss me)

[Outro]
He really thought he really had
He really thought he really had
He really thought he really had
He really thought he really had
Use me, accuse me, and lied to say you lose me
Take me, forsake me, then lie and say ya hate me
Hoo, lockalockalocka
He really, he really
Go on, boy, hoo, woo, hoo
This time around
Accuse me, and use me, and lie then say what you do to me
Take me, and fake me, and forsake me
Go on, hoo
Alright

Michael Jackson

Michael Jackson was born on August 29, 1958, in Gary, Indiana. Jackson began his career when he was seven years old as the lead singer of the Jackson 5, breaking into stardom in 1969 after signing into Motown. The Jackson 5’s first four singles all peaked at number one on the Billboard 100, and soon after Michael pursued a solo career.

His breakthrough fifth album, 1979’s Off The Wall produced four top ten hits (including “Don’t Stop ‘Til You Get Enough”) and sold 20 million copies, establishing him as a household name. The album was followed with 1982’s Thriller, which became the best selling album of all time, and was the first album to feature seven top 10 singles, including “Billie Jean” and “Beat It.”

In 1985, Michael contributed to the collaboration single “We Are The World”, which remains one of the best-selling singles of all time and raised nearly $65 million for famine relief.
