[Verse 1]
Sometimes I get a little too hurt
Got my mind going places it ain't wanna go
Sometimes I get a little too loved
And I can't see myself through the fire and smoke
And you, like a neon light
Shining through a door that I can't keep closed
You were like a rolling stone
Always built a city along the rocks that you broke

[Chorus]
And in my head, I did my very best singing goodbye, goodbye
And I don't miss you
But I think that you don't know why
I still feel high
I still feel high

[Verse 2]
Sometimes I stay up all night
'Cause you don't ever talk to me in my dreams
And I think about eventually, you're old to me
And dancing to the record like a moviе scene

[Chorus]
And in my head, I did my vеry best singing goodbye, goodbye
And I don't miss you
But I think that you don't know why
I still feel high
I still feel high

[Bridge]
Oh-oh-oh
Oh-oh-oh-oh
Sometimes I get a little too hurt
Got my mind going places it ain't wanna go

[Chorus]
And in my head, I did my very best singing goodbye, goodbye
And I don't miss you
But I think that you don't know why
I still feel high
I still feel high

Miley Cyrus

Miley Ray Cyrus (born Destiny Hope Cyrus, November 23rd 1992) is an American singer, songwriter and actress, as well as the daughter of country singer Billy Ray Cyrus. She was named Destiny Hope Cyrus at birth but was given the nickname “Smiley” because she was always grinning. The name stuck and she legally changed it in 2008.

Her singing career started simultaneously with her role in the Disney Channel television series Hannah Montana, which made her a teen idol. She was featured on the 2006 soundtrack of Hannah Montana. After signing a recording contract with Hollywood Records in 2007, she released Hannah Montana 2: Meet Miley Cyrus. The album served as both the series' soundtrack and Cyrus' debut studio album.

With the 2010 release of Can’t Be Tamed, Cyrus developed a more mature image with a dance-oriented sound. The album caused controversy due to the lyrics and music video of Can’t Be Tamed.
