[Verse 1]
I can't get over your love
No matter how hard life seems
There's a light in my dreams
Thanks to you

My friends keep asking me why
There's such a smile on my face
There's a home at my place
Thanks to you

[Pre-Chorus]
I don't want anything from you
Turn on your motor of love

[Chorus]
Motor of love, motor of love
Heavenly father look down from above
I can't get over your powerful
Motor of love

[Verse 2]
I can't get over your love
No matter how lost I feel
I know my love is real
Thanks to you

You simply reached out your hand
And touched me deep in my soul
I came in out of the cold
Thanks to you

[Pre-Chorus]
I won't steal anything from you
You give me more than enough

[Chorus]
Motor of love, motor of love
Heavenly father look down from above
I can't get over your powerful
Motor of love

[Bridge]
There was a time
When I was down and counted out
Well I remember I felt so bad
I nearly threw away
Nearly threw away the keys

[Chorus]
Motor of love, motor of love
Heavenly father look down from above
Motor of love, motor of love
Heavenly father look down from above
I can't get over your powerful
Motor of love

[Outro]
Your powerful motor, strong revolution
Constantly turning, over and over
Your powerful motor, strong revolution
Constantly turning, over and over

Paul McCartney

Sir James Paul McCartney, born June 18, 1942, is the single most successful music artist of all time. He found worldwide fame as the bass player and vocalist for The Beatles, and has continued to enjoy commercial success long after the band’s breakup.

His post-Beatles projects—the most lucrative of which was the band Wings, alongside then-wife Linda Eastman—have been met with mixed critical reception but he still retains a substantial public following, regularly conducting worldwide arena tours well into his later years.

His album sales with The Beatles, Wings and solo endeavours combined come to over 100 million, and his net worth was estimated to be approximately $1.2 billion circa 2018. He was knighted in 1997 and is known for his activism.
