[Verse 1]
First you take me to the limit then expect me to stop
You know I'm sick and tired of waiting for the penny to drop
You make a living out of making people think you give it all away
But you and I know very well there's always gonna be a price to pay

[Pre Chorus]
But times are tough, and life is hard
You've got enough
And so you'll pardon me for saying

[Chorus]
You've had it all your way
You've got to know someday
You'll have to share or there'll be hell to pay
There will be hell to pay
There will be hell to pay
There will be hell to pay
There's gonna be hell to pay
Do do do do do do do do do, do do do do do do

[Outro]
Yeah there will be hell to pay
There's gonna be hell to pay
Well there's gonna be
There's gonna be
There's gonna be hell to pay
There's gonna be
There's gonna be oh yeah
There's gonna be hell to pay
There's gonna be hell to pay oh yeah
There's gonna be hell to pay
There's gonna be hell to pay yeah yeah yeah yeah

Paul McCartney

Sir James Paul McCartney, born June 18, 1942, is the single most successful music artist of all time. He found worldwide fame as the bass player and vocalist for The Beatles, and has continued to enjoy commercial success long after the band’s breakup.

His post-Beatles projects—the most lucrative of which was the band Wings, alongside then-wife Linda Eastman—have been met with mixed critical reception but he still retains a substantial public following, regularly conducting worldwide arena tours well into his later years.

His album sales with The Beatles, Wings and solo endeavours combined come to over 100 million, and his net worth was estimated to be approximately $1.2 billion circa 2018. He was knighted in 1997 and is known for his activism.
