[Verse 1]
When it rain, rains, let the children reign
The builder's ball is winding thin
Your skeleton chin
Buy the sky and sell the sky and tell the sky and tell the sky

[Chorus]
Fall on me
([?])
Fall on me
(And it stays [?])
Fall on me
(Even though you're not home)

[Verse 2]
In a rain, when the rain turns to fiction
Settled profit, gain
Keep your skeleton, rain
Buy the sky and sell the sky and bleed the sky and tell the sky

[Chorus]
Don't fall on me
([?])
Fall on me
(And it stays [?])
Fall on me
(Even though you're not home)
Fall on me

[Bridge]
Well, I would keep it inside
But then it wouldn't be mine anymore
But if I sang it to you, you gotta promise to take it home

[Verse 3]
Buy the sky and sell the sky and lift your arms up to the sky
And ask the sky and ask the sky

[Chorus]
Don't fall on me
([?])
Fall on me
(And it stays [?])
Fall on me
(Even though you're not home)

[Chorus]
Don't fall on me
([?])
Fall on me
(And it stays [?])
Fall on me
(Even though you're not home)

[Chorus]
Don't fall on me
([?])
Fall on me
(And it stays [?])
Fall on me
(Even though you're not home)

R.E.M.

R.E.M. were an American rock band from Athens, Georgia, formed in 1980 by singer Michael Stipe, guitarist Peter Buck, bassist Mike Mills, and drummer Bill Berry.

Berry quit the band in April 1997, as they were getting together to record demos for the album Up. He was not replaced on a permanent basis, but the band used an assortment of drummers in his place.
