Her little soft machine could break your heart
We were linked
She was dancing from the second she checked in
She's a work of art but god blinked

Come on won't you swing it sister
You know you're always on my mind
Come on and swing it sister (swing it sister swing it sister)
You've left so many behind

She was the Mona Lisa's daughter
And somehow I caught her eye and she winked
She was smart as she was vocal
A real social butterfly but god blinked

Come on won't you swing it sister
You know you're always on my mind
You've got to swing it sister (swing it sister swing it sister)
Baby left me broken and blind

You knew just what you wanted
Your pretty smile haunted me, taunted me
We had the "long goodbye" I had to stop and cry
I know you're happy baby where you're at

Come on won't you swing it sister
You know you're always on my mind
Come on and swing it sister (swing it sister swing it sister)
You've left so many behind

Come on won't you swing it sister
You know you're always on my mind
You've got to swing it sister (swing it sister swing it sister)
Baby left me broken and blind

"hey Ma take a look at me now"
Woo woo Woo woo
